I ordered an order of 4 croissants, two chocolate and two butter, they were 14 dollars, they were supposed to include 4, only two butter ones arrived and I ordered two hot cappuccinos with regular milk and sugar and guess what, they didn't. . . add sugar, done. It's two times in a row. They don't send my order correctly. In total I spent 29.84 just on two croissants that were supposed to be 4 and two coffees without sugar. I can't believe each croissant is going to cost me $7. I just wanted a chocolate croissant and even though they couldn't make it, they find it difficult to place an order on their own. I wanted a coffee and a delicious chocolate croissant and I couldn't eat anything, super disappointing to be honest.

The closing cashier was super rude. She made me feel like a bother and when I asked to repeat what’s available since she cleaned her machines, her reply was”I already told you”. Everyone has a long day after work and ready to go home so if customer is not giving you heard time then as a server you need to be polite.

Got charged $16 for 2 drinks which should have been ~10. Weird atmosphere.

I like the cafe. Wifi is very bad though. Not great for working. Will find an alternative place close by.

Customer service was superb! The only downside was that there was nowhere to sit... Everyone there had set up indefinite tenancy and had no plans of moving. Regardless of having purchased anything eons ago .. other than. Coffee and pastries were good.

I like this caffe Nero since it's right next to the Central T station. Coffee and croissants are good and reasonably priced.

"For here" came with for here plate and, paper cup and no spoon. I was not familiar with the card reader interface - the person who helped me operate it made the decision to select the highest tip for herself. Restrooms - I didn't need but out of order anyway. It's really beautifully design inside, but I always get the feeling that the employee are very unhappy to be there.

Will never be going back. Probably will have to contact the general manager regarding my concerns.
