As a company critic, did not expect to see the main food area is separate from the seating areas. Prices are bit high here. It is easy to read from the menu. There are drinks for non-coffee people. Not all cups with a drink or food are plastic which I liked seeing. My cold cup of tea was plastic. The tea was good, no issues. There is a food displace right near the counter. There is also a railing to help towards the further seating area. The tables are wooden. Music is presented as well from the speakers. There are no charging areas. There is a bathroom but need a code to get into. Employees do collect the fragile glass cups into a bin. Getting here early is best if you want a seat. The building does look misplaced in terms of above ceiling quality.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a separate door than the original front entrance.

Nice cafè. Cool vibe really like the food and their Americano is solid. Nice staff. I like chilling at my Porter Sq Nero.

I really love the location and ambience of this Caffè Nero location, it's situated right outside the Porter T stop and is the perfect place to stop in for some takeaway, or settle in and relax with a hot drink. There are several nooks and crannies filled with tables and chairs here, making it an ideal place to study, work, or catch up with a friend. During my visit here, I ordered a hot mocha with skim milk, which they made very quickly for me despite the line. It was perfectly warm (not too scalding hot) and kept at a good temperature almost the entire hour I spent there. While it wasn't the best drink I've ever had, it was pretty solid and left me satisfied.

A higher quality than either Starbucks or Dunkin, the coffee itself is the star.

Great hangout space in the main area, but the bathroom was *filthy* and needed attention.

One of the baristas is on a tear about something and is slamming cabinet doors and banging dishes and coffee cups. He is not impolite but is speaking in a very loud voice when requesting an order. Hope he goes on a break soon. The noise is so jarring.

Single origin brewed coffee was room temperature and watery. Very sad.. and the cortado was bitter. Two stars since the banana bread was good.

Fantastic food and service, but the workers need more staff support during busy periods for sure! While they maintained steady, friendly service, the baristas were obviously scrambling to keep up with the line and everyone ordering noticed they seemed distinctly short-staffed. Hopefully this was a fluke and Cafe Nero otherwise staffs appropriately for the work volume!
