WAY OVERPRICED!!! $$$$$$$$$$&&&EAT IN! Don’t get delivery because this food does not travel well.Decent burrito not as good as Anna’s. And, if you know Anna’s then you know this isn’t an insult, but praise to be even compared to them.

Excellent stuff. Real ingredients, fast service, and good taste. No grease, no corn syrup nonsense.Dietary restrictions: I love that they post all ingredients and that all ingredients are real things, actual food items.Kid-friendliness: Kids love burritos and bowls.

We put in an order for 12 of our employees for a lunch treat for the team. EVERYONES order came out wrong except for one. We had vegan meals with chicken in them, two or three pieces of meat instead of a regular portion, and two unlabeled bowls. I went back to correct of the vegan ones and got attitude from the manager. We will not be coming back.

First off when we walked in nobody said hey, or welcome. Thats whatever, but what really ticked us of was that they had music blaring in there and when my boyfriend was trying to order he couldn't hear the guy (he had wavy blonde hair). That guy yelled at him while making hand gestures. HE. YELLED. LIKE. THIS... WITH. PAUSES. BETWEEN. EACH. WORD! All while moving his hands up and down in his face like he was talking to a dumb person. It was definitely in a very condescending manner. There was no doubt about it. My boyfriend just couldn't hear him over the loud music. That type of disrespect shouldn't happen to anybody. Period. My boyfriend is a veteran and he didn't bother even asking for the discount this time because we just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. Trust fund haircut needs to learn some manners.On top of that the food was awful. Cold, not fresh, soggy with pink discoloration lettuce and a very tiny portion. Such a disappointment because I used to love Chipotle and now it's seems like everytime we go the food is skimped and not fresh at all. This rude interaction was the cherry of top for me.

I went to the Fresh Pond Chipotle. The place was filthy. There was food smeared all over everything. The beans were drying up. The trash was filled and overflowing onto the floor. Worst of all Noone would wait on us. Some were pretending to be busy. One guy kept putting a lid on a bowl then he would take it off. He repeated this for about 5 minutes. We left and will never return.

It is impossible for this location to get an online order correct. Over 10 orders, they are at a 0% success rate. The common culprit is just simply leaving half the order out.Simple things like, "Chips and Queso", just aren't accurately followed. I have on at least 3 occasions had to physically walk back in the store with an open bag because stuff is simply not in the bag. Burritos, tacos - it's not like it's extravagant request stuff. It's simply an item I paid for that was left out.I just don't understand why it is so difficult for *this* particular location of *this* particular restaurant to have such an epic fail rate of order accuracy. Is it training? Is it the management? Is it Chipotle's software?On this particular occasion, I ordered about as simply as possible:1 Chicken Bowl - Chicken, Rice, Pinto Beans, Pico, Sour Cream, Hot Sauce1 Chicken Quesadilla - With Three Salsas2 Chips x Queso2 Sides of GuacThe bowl was missing beans.The quesadilla was so burned it was bitter and completely inedible, and was *steak*.The Chips and Queso were simply left out.At least I got 2 pretty nice guacs.So, not only was half the order inedible and sucked, but every item (save the guac) was simply incorrect. I double checked on the label that it was the correct order.I went back into the restaurant to complain, and they just shrugged. Two people were at the delivery prep table on their side on their phones.Fantastic, A+. Why am I so stupid that I keep going back here?
