I have never been so disgusted. I spoke to some guy who refused to identify himself, with a woman named Maria 3xs, with everyone pretending to be the manager or being told to call back to speak with the manager Juan. Then I had to call them back yet again for an order from 2/29/2024 again TODAY to get any response. They lied and said Juan the manager made the pizza's when he was also somehow out sick from a surgery? One pizza was not gluten free, the other char around the edge and bottom was close to burnt.I called the day of my order and was instantly met with an attitude and told that there was no way my orders could have been incorrect. I wasn't rude or disrespectful, but you are instantly hostile for no reason? He told me I had to send pictures so I asked for the email which was not provided to me. Then asked well how else am I supposed to send the pictures? The guy said to call back tomorrow and speak with the manager Juan. I did call and spoke with Maria who said she was the manager for this shift. She told me she would call me back. Did not. When I called back the next day she lied and said she called and texted me when I have no missed calls or text messages.Both pizzas were supposed to be gluten free and were not. I literally had to spit the pizza out! Burned around the edges and bottom close to burned. Almost none of the topping of the Philly cheesesteak. I could count the pieces, which is hard to see with the pizza browning on top. No garlic on the pizza only a little bit one one piece. No feta on the pizza. One small piece feta under the cheese on one piece. No extra cheese. Even with the one that was gluten free and it was like it wasn’t the normal dominoes gluten free crust it was tough and super thin.She then called me back and left a message and I called her back. It is again Maria who says the Manger Juan is out today, and was out last week due to surgery. Then why were people telling me to call back to speak with him? How did a man who was out sick make these messed up pizza's? Then she says I called you back 5 days ago. I said no you didn't I have had to call again and again. Then says we checked and your order was made correctly. I said no it wasn't or I would not have gotten this run around and I am going to dispute the charges with my bank. I hung up on her.I even went online and filed a complaint via the Domino's website and still heard nothing back. So disgusted. This is why I stick with local businesses, because these chain places do not care about customer service or quality anymore.

After waiting two hours for a one pizza delivery and many attempted calls with no response, I drove to visit the location and was appalled by how little the workers cared. The workers I spoke to showed an alarmingly poor, disrespectful attitude not only to me but to many other customers facing the same issue. I witnessed them deliberately not pick up the phone to customers and after being told to wait another hour minimum, I cancelled my order. Do NOT order from this location unless you are ok with long wait times and an attitude.

There was a blue cheese sauce on the chicken which was pretty nasty (and not supposed to be there). The pizza cheese was rubbery and tasteless, i feel the quality significantly decreased in the past years.Not the cook/drivers fault, just a low quality and overpriced product. 40$ for a pizza, a soda, and some chicken tenders. I could get this at a high quality place for that price.

Hung up on us when we were trying to order. We called back and they said they "are really busy and don't have time to play games" when we asked for the extravaganza pizza, and then they hung up. Do they not know their own menu? Was so rude.

This is the only dominos I will go to. The pizza is always crispy and they never forget my garlic sauce! I go here often and I love all the employees! They are respectful and kind and I appreciate their hard work!

Don't order from this dominos they are embarrassing and have horrible customer service I just had 2 twins on bed rest and the driver refused to come up to pay I watched him throw my pizza on the porch and take it back and leave and his communication was yelling from out my window . Back and forth if I could rate no stars I would !

Good for the price, and if you order veggie pizza then it’s not super oily. Obviously if you’ve had dominos then you know what to expect but this particular location has a power good indoor seating area. You should go in to eat if you have the time, you will be surprised at how much better the food is when fresh

I grew up on Dominos so I’m not going to be snobby about the fact that this is clearly a chain restaurant (I personally think Dominos is the best major chain pizza store anyway).My frustration is with this particular store. They completely and totally ignore delivery instructions every. single. time. I don’t recall a time that they have ever followed through the with the very simple request of leaving the items at the back door. I always let them know that we have a driveway they can use that is right next to my entrance, so it’s not like lack of parking is an issue.I know that this may sound like a small grievance, but I’ve had deliveries stolen in a matter of minutes and I’d like to minimize the risk. I just don’t understand why there’s a “delivery instructions” option if they don’t even pay attention to or care about it. I’d like to believe they just don’t see it but 1) it’s printed on both the receipt and the side of the box, so that’s unlikely, and 2) it’s part of the job.

Online "delivery insurance" is a lie, and this location is just too hit-or-miss.We ordered a pan pizza, and it was delivered almost raw. The "delivery insurance" button on the website doesn't work - it just says "Your pizza hasn't arrived yet," and then sends us back to the tracker screen, which clearly shows the pizza was already delivered. When we contacted the store directly, they told us they could not offer a refund, and that it would take 1.5 hours to get us a replacement.Pick a different location.

this review is completely based on service as i did not receive the food i ordered. this dominos has the worst customer service ive ever experienced with in my life. the woman on the food was rude, had an aggressive attitude, and hung up the phone mid-call. i hope that corporate can take notice of the amount of negative reviews of this location and new management can take over and train their employees to a better standard because i should not feel verbally abused when calling about an order i placed (and never received).
