i was excited to try this place but then when i get all the way there, the place has been totally demolished like it straight up just doesnt exist anymore. i wonder why they havent updated their website or google listing? i also wonder what happens when you place an order online, which we still seem able to do. it sucks that they dont actually exist anymore, but im giving 4 stars anyway because it seemed like it was really delicious

They closed the store at mass. Ave., but never updated their info on either their website or google map, very irresponsible to their customers.

Had a fantastic experience in here with my girlfriend. The food comes rapidly and the service is just great. Prices are reasonable.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Terrible food and 3h delivery time with no text/call updates. We should have ordered from Shanti!

I prefer this place a lot. theres a special atmosphere. The meals are tasty. the service is dynamic and the crew is courteous. The pay is fair. profoundly recommend.

To be honest I sort of liked the all other items that they offer except Dosas... And the Chutney with dosa was some bizzare stuff and Sambar curry was trash... I went with high hopes... Had to settle my taste buds with non-dosa stuff...

Hidden gem. Food is always good, but you have to be okay with self service and an inconvenient bathroom.

Well I've been to this place many times before and never had a bad experience. Today I walked in and they were supposed to be open at 11 but someone was late which is fine whatever the guy showed up and he was getting ready and while I waited I saw two dead mice on a sticky pad right on the floor in the dining area. I understand we are in the city and mice can be a problem but this grossed me out soo bad I will never return there again.

This restaurant has been a place of choice for Indian food and sweets during my Cambridge trips, however I’ve notified their prices have been considerably high and food choices have been cut down and the worst, no fresh sweets were available during my last trip. Something’s wrong with this place and they should rectify it before people forget them. In any case $13 dosa is way too on the higher side, they should adjust their prices.

We ordered a delivery from this restaurant. This is the worst indian food i have ever ordered. It felt like restaurant prepared food with stale remaining ingredients for sake of completing delivery. Idli we ordered were out of shape and rubbery. We could see the piled up batter shape instead of regular idli. Masala dosa we ordered was oozing so much oil that we had to wipe it with paper napkin before even tasting. Chutney and sambar provided with idli and dosa were watery and no taste. We had to throw out almost all food we ordered. The dal in sambar was undercooked and the taste of tomato overpowered it. Please dont call yourself Dosa factory when you cannot even make an average dosa. Disgraceful. I wish i could give zero stars.

I enjoyed their lamb curry. The dining area is nothing fancy. My friend had a dosa, which was enormous and they enjoyed it. It will not be the best Indian food that you've ever had, but it is good.
