I live around the corner so have been coming here several times a weeks for a couple of years. Something has happened in the past few months. Not sure if it’s staffing / management changes or what. I could reliably put in an order on the app and know that it would be ready for pickup within 5-10 minutes even at peak times. That’s why this was my go-to place. Recently orders have been taking up to 30 minutes, even when there is barely anyone else in the store. I have also noticed an uptick in quality control issues: burned wraps, uncooked hash browns, and so on. I’ve started going to Starbucks or Circus instead. Both are further and more expensive, but they end up being faster because this Dunkin has become so unreliable and inefficient. Hopefully they can sort out whatever is going on.

So Dunkin' donuts store number 352979Is the best Dunkin' donuts of all time they are so sweet so welcoming the crew is amazing the store is always clean I have been going to them for about 9 years now.....And they've been with me through thick and thin whenever I'm having a bad day or the most amazing day in my life they have always been there for me and I can honestly say they are the backbone of America without this Dunkin' donuts that I go to it would be chaos they are the best people in the world....

After waiting for 5 minutes to order, I asked about the contents of a stuffed mini bagel. The employee looked bad at me and said it was cheese, in an insulting tone as if I was supposed to know. As I proceeded with the order the employee got confused she got increasingly rude. I could not sponsor her behavior, so I left and did not buy anything. What I read in the comments is consistent with my experience. Very rude employees, only one employee, a long wait time, etc.. This is a nightmare Dunkin Donuts. The next time I will see the review of any restaurant before stepping in. The reviews here would have spared me for the bad time I had today. There was only one employee at DD and this happened December 9, 2023 at 3:45 pm.

Come here if you want to waste enormous amounts of time waiting in line. It's very very poorly run and can't make anything when you expect it to be made. I've paid for more than one thing here that I was not able to stay long enough to get. Sadly I live nearby - you should avoid my mistake by not coming here.
I’m here frequently because it’s right near my house but it’s generally not a great experience / weird quality control issues abound. Today I got a “black iced coffee” that was so watered down it looks like iced tea.

I had to knock on the employee-only door to place an order after waiting at the unattended front counter for a few minutes. Super quite afternoon, but that doesn't explain why the napkin dispensers were completely empty, the floor unswept and the tables with spills. I'm guessing the manager has the day off.

Ive come here for a pickup order at least twice a week for last 6 months; pretty sure they have gotten the order correct once..check your orders before you leave! There's a really nice guy who heats up the food, otherwise would be 1 star
