DD Please train your employees who work weekends at night to be professional and respectful when they receive a guest. It takes a little training to get them there.Otherwise, you lose a lot of money and customers by accepting less than proficiency.

Apart from the typical poor customer service, one of two employees today had no mask and didn't put one on when I asked her about it. She said it was hard to breathe. Tell me about it. If you want to work during a pandemic, especially in the food service industry, let's get with the program please. Can corporate shut down a franchisee who breaks the law?

The worst Dunkin I ever went to the baristas over there are so rude I always go to Dunkin and everywhere I go I have no problem placing my order till I starteD going to the Dunkin located in mass ave near central sq it's the worst service the baristas have the worst attitude and evrytime I go there they don't seem to understand my order I have to repeat it over and over and they start whispering to each other that they can't understand a word from my mouth even tho I do all I could to make myself clear the customer service at is worst I won't go back to that Dunkin cus everytime I go they give me an attitude unless if you guys try to give them a class about being respectful to customers cus that is the worst service I have faced in my life

Worst place. I was waiting to Order my coffee for 5 minutes no one helped me They were just ignoring me. Then one of the employee start coughing near the muffins and did not cover her mouth. Not a safe and healthy place at all.

How is this place getting more than 1 star. The line is always LONGGGGGGGG not because everyone goes there, but because they think it’s OK to have 1 person working the register. That’s pure comedy to me.

Literally the worst Dunkin'. I have been here multiple times solely based on location because it is convenient and on my way to work (I LOVE DUNKIN ICED COFFEE) I usually suck it up and push through the terrible service, dirty inside, etc. After my stop here this week, I will never go back. The employees were screaming at each other. Only one person was working while the other 2 were chatting - I was 3rd in line and it took over 10 minutes. I had to send my order back because the woman messed it up (I got a black iced coffee- how do you mess that up?!?) If you are in central and want coffee or food, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I came here @10pm for a coffee and a quick snack after work and was denied service cause they were cleaning and getting ready to close. They close at. Midnight. So there should be no reason that this happened.

Just went in there to get a caramel frozen coffee and the ladies helping me had no idea what she was doing , she made me the wrong folding coffee and then didn't know how to ring it up so she left it on the counter and took off into the back room then the other lady came out and they're all arguing at the register because she doesn't know how to make the coffee so the other one it was the worst experience ever seeing if 20 minutes is like a q line the people every time I go in there it's a problem if you don't know how to make coffee and sugar work there
