The service was quite fast. It is also true that there were not many people and the place was quite empty.They make chocolate with a lot of fat. When you drink it, it tastes like making a chocolate with milk chocolate powder. I have sometimes used powdered milk chocolate and instead of water I have put it in, which tastes super sweet and milky. I don't like it like that but it can be takenThe donuts good

As with most Dunkin' locations, your drink can differ in taste day to day even if you order the same thing. Although, what makes this location special are the sweet employees who work here. Beatrice at the register is so kind and a gentleman at the counter asks what your order is if he sees you waiting for a while. Overall, my iced lattes are tasty and the service is wonderful!

Because I had some free time before meetings, I used this Dunkin’ store. This store had enough space for staying for a while and it included a bathroom where people were able yo enter freely although this bathroom was not clean.

Did a mobile order for a large cold brew with 3x cream & 3x caramel swirl and it was really fast! Coffee also tasted REALLY good, lol I don't get coffee at Dunkin THAT much but on a hot Boston summer day I wanted a large refreshing cold brew and this one certainly HIT the spot - it was perfect. I love the location of this Dunkin as it's in a really fun area, and there's outdoor seating as well! I took mine to-go, but a lot of people sit inside/out if you want to enjoy your Dunks that way :)

What can be so difficult getting exactly what you want at a DD? Well this place will give you a headache instead!Rude cashier/manager.Customer should always be right and accommodated with a smile...especially when right and the store makes a mistake!

Dunks is dunks, but seems like every time I grab a morning coff and snack at Kendall, they get something wrong. I don’t understand this method of coffee mixing that they use, but asking for a ‘coffee with milk’ shouldn’t be as complex as “so, two milk?” “Idk, I just don’t want it too light,” “okay so one milk” “I don’t know how much milk is involved in ONE, I just want it regular, not dark, not light, with whole milk”, ??then I asked for an order of bacon omelette bites, but the manager keyed in egg white and veg omelette bites. Of course I don’t know of his error until I sat down and opened the bag. So, is this a communication issue? What is it? Every time I come here it seems to be worse. If an employee isn’t fluent in the language, just have them fill the online orders, bc they cannot be relied on to get any order right. Maybe it’s worth the extra five bucks to know they actually understand my lazy American English. If the United Committees of Cambridge actually allowed more than a single coffee shop to be open in Kendall, I would seek out another.

This Dunkin's outlet is located in Kendall Square in an area with a smattering of residences but otherwise feels deserted at night and on weekends when all the academic and lab spaces around it empty out.Still, it was one of the few outlets in the area that was open late (after 8pm) when I stopped by recently, and many others were in on the secret. A steady stream of grad students and locals came through seeking coffee, drinks, and light bites. None of the food and drink will be exceptional - this is Dunkin's, after all, but at least the staff here were super efficient, pouncing immediately on incoming orders. There are a handful of seats at a counter along the window and at a loungey area near the entrance.Note: the insipidly contrived stock images currently dominating this Yelp listing have been uploaded by Dunkin Corporate and do not reflect this particular location - a violation of Yelp rules. Who wants to see bare, wrinkly hands and dirty fingernails shoving food or drink into their face? Keep it classy and keep it focused on the food and drink with no distractions whatsoever.

Great customer services, they are fast at taking orders. However, they take a long time on making the food. Sometimes my head says "I think they forgot about your order" and I get desperate because a Bacon, Egg & Cheese shouldn't take around 15 - 20 minutes to make. I feel like removing the shelf that is in the middle and just add a customer rope (crowd control).Wheelchair accessibility: To be honest, I don't think there is enough space for a person in a wheelchair to wait. Also, the doors are not wheelchair friendly, they don't open with a button.

Incredibly rude staff (Thamman and Saradha). I ordered a drink from the app and it had an error so I was charged twice. The location said an order had not come in, refused to make me a drink, refused to refund me when I showed the charges and my order from the app to this location, and refused to give me a manager to speak to when I was asking if they could help me in any way. I would have been happy with any remedy! They said I need to call to corporate and corporate would refund me.I now leave here having been charged for two drinks, with zero drinks, and zero refund.Could not have had a worse experience. Keep in mind- this was at 2:30 pm- not a rush. Staff stood around doing nothing.
