I spent the past 4 years visiting this Dunkin' Donuts steps away from my previous job. Early mornings can be very busy with construction workers, mall employees and offices around. I would mostly order online to take advantage of the offers and avoid long lines. The staff is very friendly and my drinks come out pretty good.

This dunkin is like a whole nother brand. Staff was slow and rather clueless. When we opened box later, realized that our donuts purchased 9am were from previous day and some were at least from previous morning.

This location is horrible. I initially Felt bad when they’d get my order wrong due to the language barrier but it is very clear that they pick and choose when to get an order correct.I work fairly close to them so I frequent The location often, I’ve watched myself be the only one in line just to receive my small order after 10 people behind me have received theirs.I’ve watched several white construction workers order huge complex meals and receive everything without an issue. But every person of color had an issue with theirs.They are very sloppy and careless and don’t care that they’re serving PAYING customers. They don’t apologize when they make a mistake, instead they give you attitude.Like several other reviews on here, I can vouch for the incorrect orders, the extremely slow pace and unprofessionalism of the team at this location. It is a very unpleasant experience for a very low amount of interaction to be had.

Yesterday, my service was not friendly at all. Please do not be in a customer facing role if you don't like people. You make the experience miserable for everyone. Today, however, Sima (at least that is the name on my receipt) was an absolute pleasure! Friendly, helpful, and my coffee even tastes WAY better than yesterday. Kudos to you, Sima! I give them four stars because today's interaction made up for yesterday!

Disorganized and unprofessional. The manager claimed they never got my app order, and very rudely kept telling me to call “someone”, as it was my problem because they aren’t responsible for the app orders. After picking up drinks and bags whose labels weren’t visible in other people’s orders, I found my drink mixed in with someone else’s order and ticket, but still didn’t find my food. When I showed them my drink label, the manager, again rudely, said it wasn’t their fault that I didn’t see my drink. Really? When my drink was in someone else’s order, and the label on the drink wasn’t visible until I picked it up and turned it around? I explained that having my drink with the label on it meant they did receive my app order, and I expected my food. Without any more excuses as to why this wasn’t his issue, he finally completed my order. I’m never going back. Screwing up is one thing, we all do once in a while. But, getting rude with customers and grasping at excuse after excuse as to why they didn’t screw up is unacceptable.

I enjoy DD, but the service at this place is absolutely atrocious. I ordered a Medium Brown Sugar Cold Brew with cold foam. Everything was fine, my order was correct, I left satisfied with my order. However, once I left, I started sipping on my drink and trying to mix the cold foam into the coffee, but the cold foam wasn't dissolving. Instead there were little bits floating around in my coffee, almost as if the cold foam was old or had gone bad. I continued to try mixing the cold foam in hopes that the particles would dissolve but they didn't. I returned to DD and waited patiently until I could get one of the staff members attention. I asked the lady nicely if she could please remake the drink without the cold foam this time since I didn't feel comfortable drinking the drink anymore. She told me no since I had drank the drink already. I would have been fine even if I got small cold brew instead. But she didn't even offer me that, I just threw the whole drink away and left. Would have been nice if I could just get a new drink that didn't have old ingredients in it.
