I would be aware that their flavor swirls have sugar, and if you can't have that I would order their regular flavor shots and specify that to the barista. Not sure about other dietary restrictions.

This place is the horrible. The food…well it’s DD so you know what to expect. However I’ll touch on the level of service (or lack of). 2 of the woman who work there treat you as of you are an inconvenience to them. Always an attitude. The store could be empty and you’ll wait at the counter while she’s on her phone watching a YouTube video or on a FaceTime with someone. When she’s ready she will eventually make she way over to you and take your order with an attitude and the personality of a stick of gum. Customer service is beyond lacking.

Similar experience as everyone else in the review with the Spanish blonde haired lady, who messed up the mobile orders of our entire group. When we asked her to fix our drinks she threw a fit. I complained to the manager Joan, but she was very defensive of the Spanish lady and did not try to help. Very poor customer service.

I wish I could give zero stars for this place.I had the worst experience with the old blonde-haired Spanish lady everybody says in this review. I went to this store to try the salted caramel cold brew, and she gave me some kind of coffee with caramel, not even a cold brew. I asked her to give me the coffee I ordered, but she cut me off, saying, “You ordered salted caramel. That’s it.” She has no sense of what customer service is.

There was a women that worked there very old Spanish with glasses , I asked for a watermelon raspberry lemonade refresher & she stated that there wasn’t any raspberry Left , so I asked for it with just watermelon & lemonade! Then she yelled & said “We only have strawberriess “ mind you her English wasn’t very good! But I politely asked her if she could not yell & be rude & then she proceeded to yell louder & say you can talk with my manager! When all I asked for was her to lower her tone . Before even taking my order I was standing at the cash register for well over 10 mins while I just watched them walk back & fourth doing absolutely “NOTHING “ the tables are dirty bathroom disgusting ! This is the worst duckin donuts I have ever been too especially with it being in a fairly nice area I definitely expected better service as well as sitting space !
