Food and service were delicious and very pleasant!However the stop before Dunkins I couldn't do anything but notice a guy standing inside the building, facing out towards the public such as myself as he viciously vomited ...It was not what AI wanted to see before buying food. And the amount, the time spent, as well as the sound effects - perfected by the lack of any attempt to shield his vomiting from the public attention at all was disgusting.However I also noticed he was in very rough shape, and may have been suffering from homelessness having had a shopping cart full of belongings with him - and a tough appearance.I asked him if he was okay and needed anything such as water or food, but he declined unfortunately.

Definitely convenient in the station. The donuts were fresh. They don't have full size bagels, just little bagel filled bites. Quick and easy.

One of the female workers just accused me of not paying when initially my card wasn’t working, I then stood aside and loaded money back in to my card, got back in line to re-order and repay but a man had checked me out this time and when I went to wait for my food , the female worker who initially was checking me out gives me the food and goes “but you didn’t pay”. Very horrible customer service experience. LEARN HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE!!

Cute little Dunks for commuters taking the red line. They are fast and have a decent selection of what you would find at any larger Dunkin Donuts.

Put sour milk in my coffee BEWARE! It looked funny when I got it so I let it set and definitely sour milk in my coffee 2 guys were there very rude Friday the 4 need to be fired !! Look at the picture
They lack in so many ways. The guy taking your order or making your drunk doesn't use gloves or if he does he'll use ones that he has used for other things. They always have new hires which makes it longer especially when you're trying to catch your bus. They don't pay attention when you give them an order. If you order ahead of time nothing is prepared so that defeats the purpose of online. They will mess up your order one way or another. There could be 3 people working but only 1 cashier as your stuck in a long a** line. You're better going somewhere that respects their customers and have their employee in a high hygiene and high standards
