Go in 2 hours before they close....got told they won't make me hot coffee because they're cleaning the machine… seems like you don't close for an hour probably not the best idea to start cleaning the machines... Not the first time I've had rude and or bad experience at this location… Id avoid at all costs try the market across the street for coffee and donuts...

sadly one of my favorite dunks turned to my all time least in a span of days. two days in a row, my mobile order was seemingly thrown away by one of the employees. it wasn't until i spoke up that i was waiting for my order that they then began to rifle through other crumpled orders. after she couldnt locate it still, i told her my order; 8 munchkins, half jelly half glazed. and later when i checked, i was not only given 6, but it was still wrong. very disappointing, and several employees just seem like they dont want to be there. -3/10

Jeff is the best! First time in the area, and just needed a quick bite/iced coffee on a hot afternoon before seeing a show. Didn’t want to risk being late so when we saw this Dunkins as we walked towards the theater, we stopped in. Kids were indecisive but Jeff was patient with them, and just an overall joy to be around. When we travel, we look for dining we can’t experience at home but sometimes you are treated to a few minutes of friendly service at a regular chain and it makes your day! This will be our go-to when we return to the area. Thank you, Jeff!

I know what you're probably thinking when reading this review, "Another glowing review because of Jeff??" Absolutely, yes, its another one because this is the 4th time I came back to this Dunkin and the warm, friendly, and professional atmosphere has been the same every time. You wont look at other coffee shops, baristas, or cafes the same after coming here. I'll update everybody after my 50th visit, 5/5 ⭐
