I am absolutely amazed this is the only Duncan's location out of literally all of them across Massachusetts that I've been to that had the perfect tasting New Ham croissant everywhere else the croissant comes out cold in the Middle with a horrible freezer burn taste this one tasted amazing

The service is very bad, the bathroom is always closed due to maintenance and they only give the key to friends, the customers do not care about them. Very bad treatment. The employee says it is the manager's instructions.

It's just another DD. The staff was not exactly fluent in English, and it was hard for me to sensitize them to a rigid medical allergy that I have with all bell peppers and hot peppers containing capsaicin. But one waitress wearing a hijab (or headscarf) had the bright idea to bring me the little cap of spread so that I could rread the ingredients myself. That was a real life saver as I was very hypoglycemic at that moment, and her colleagues just kept on unconvincingly saying "no peppers".The bagel was perfectly toasted, the spread delicious, and just the right amount of ice that I had asked for in my coffee.Merci!!! ?

Worse service ever, can't seem to get orders correct because they're too busy fooling around and don't listen to what's being said. Ask for a bagel not toasted just sliced and get a toasted dark instead. Can't even get the coffee right, asked for cream only and got sugar in it. Should check things before leaving.

It's a Dunkin'. Nice location. Staff are courteous and efficient. Store is clean. The location is convenient if you're nearby but the traffic and construction can get in the way.
