I've been to all the Boston locations and this is my absolute favorite location. My boyfriend and I try to get in once a week when we can. Every time we go the staff are so cute and friendly. We always get the split pot as I am obsessed with the tomato broth and he is obsessed with the spicy broth. The beef is beefin'. We get a minimum of 4 plates of beef to start. So much beefy goodness in those really thin slices. You get a variety of veggies and proteins from the buffet line. When we eat at a different hot pot place I feel like I am betraying happy lamb. This location is the best.

Stopped me as I was leaving because they were unhappy about the tip and tried to argue about it. I’ve been a regular but will not go back to this location after this. I’ve worked in a tipping industry in the past and believe tips are important but you’re not entitled to whatever tip you want especially at a self serve buffet style restaurant. It was such a ghetto thing to do to a customer.

One of the best Hot pot Buffet all you can eat meat, seafood, salmon unlimited veggies, hot food entree, egg rolls, stir fried Udon, sesame rolls and ice cream. Great place to host a business catering event and cocktail or birthday party. My daughter, turn 18 and she loves the server name Johnston, very professional, cleanliness and friendly service. I highly recommend this place with out a doubt. Worth your money spent and food is yummy!

Poor and rude service. We ate here for an hour and a half, 30 minutes of which were spent waiting for the meat we ordered, even though it was raw meat that didn't need to be grilled or cooked and just had to be brought to us. When we first came, the fried rice was empty so we asked for more, but it wasn't refilled at all for an hour and a half after our meal was over. We tried to give a small tip based on the poor service, but the staff threatened us with abusive language and forced us to tip more. We were pressured into giving him an 18 percent tip. Never go to this spot.

Used to be a 5 but downgraded to 4 for inconsistency on my follow up visits.AYCE meat is amazing and a great price to go for. There are some drinks, plenty of toppings, and a make your item sauce bar.Reason I’m a bit upset is recently the restaurant started not having dishes ready. Toppings that you would expect were not available and the ice cream dessert wasn’t either. But when I’m playing AYCE, I expect to just get everything I’m paying for. It didn’t ruin the experience, but it left a bitter taste.
