A magical little bakery with the most delicious food and experience!I had an Ardeh latte (tahini and maple syrup!!), egg bun with avocado and cheese and tomato, brought home croissants and a sourdough loaf.As soon as I walked in the gal handed me a pistachio maybe with rose water cookie, it was also delicious. It has a very special feel and everyone is very kind!Parking: There were parking spots, however I parked on the street

The almond croissant... life changing. A treat that should go down in pastry history. The chocolate chip cookie... I feel confident in saying you're guaranteed to get a bite with high quality chocolate in it every time. I can't wait to try more treats from here. My Tehran fog was good, too.

Small bakery with small parking lot. Mostly outdoor seating.Prices are higher than other bakeries but I think quality makes up for it. If looking for quantity+quality, they have that too -- fruit croissant for example is basically an amazing dessert for 2 people. They normally have slices of cake/cheesecake/pie(?) as well that varies from day to day.I mostly go for sweets/pastries but they have bread options too. Their barbari bread is great and super sesame-y.

Just when I thought I had broken free from La Saison's chokehold, they released a porchetta romana sandwich special that looked too good to pass up. The special was advertised on their social media, and someone had asked if it would be available at a specific time, to which the staff responded it would be available on Sunday. However, when I came at 10:30 AM, I was told it wouldn't be available until after 11 AM. It was empty when I arrived, but the line was out the door when I returned at 11 AM, and I ended up having to wait 30 minutes. In addition to the sandwich, I also picked up a barbari cheese pizza slice. - Porchetta Romana on Focaccia ($15): Huge. The focaccia was very good. Crunchy (but not scratch-up-the-roof-of-your-mouth crunchy) on the outside and soft and airy on the inside. I loved the random bits of saltiness from the Himalayan black salt. The roasted bell peppers were soft and sweet. The porchetta was thinly sliced and fatty but overall did not have much flavor. It was the element that I was most excited about, but I felt like it was outshined by the focaccia and bell peppers. The truffle was also nice. - Barbari Cheese Pizza Slice ($6): The barbari was airy and crunchy, but I felt like this fell short as a pizza. I wanted more from the cheese and sauce because, otherwise, I could have just purchased the barbari alone. I recommend getting the sourdough pizzas instead. With the amount of regulars at this place, it would be great if La Saison looked into setting up a rewards system in the future.

Yes to sourdough loaves and croissants--and a phenomenally enthusiastic, full-throated hallelujah to the saffron pistachio croissant in particular--but, man, the matcha pound cake and chocolate souffle cake were dry as doorstops. Over the last year, I've also had several scones (including pesto gruyere, za'atar, and marzipan orange) and was disappointed at how chewy/gummy/overworked some of them were. I kind of don't understand how you can produce such good bread and viennoiserie and not pause for a moment to reflect on how much some other products lag behind...

The coffee is always so good here! I have had few pastries and cookie from here too! The fudge cookie is to die for! The queues get long but moves fast and the staff are so friendly! This time I tried a pizza slice. I got the onion and tomato, it was so fresh!

We got the Brioche frite and a croissant with raisins and both were so good! It's a small place but luckily it wasn't too busy when we went. I saw the brioche was only on Sundays and it was so good and pretty big. The croissant was also really nice and they're perfect when heated up a little bit.

Best sourdough I have ever had in US. Hard to order because of how good it is. Often sold out, little expensive, but so much worth it. Try it and you are never going back to bread from supermarket…

Cute small bakery with some onsite parking. No seating inside. The prices are very high so I decided to try one of their pumpkin peel orange cookies. The cookie tastes old and not very flavorful, which is disappointing. From other reviews, it looks like they specialize more in the croissant and bread products so if I go again I will try one of those. The service staff were very nice.

Croissant is buttery at the center, flaky with a bit of air, 4/5. The coffee, $4.6 for a “cappuccino” I got home and it looks more like a simple coffee with milk, 1/5.

My friend and I stopped by La Saison on a Saturday morning and decided to order the matcha ricotta pound cake, pistachio croissant, fruit croissant, and croissant aux raisins. The matcha pound cake was a mistake. It was dry and hard, making it extremely hard to swallow after each bite. Unfortunately, it is probably one of the worst pastries I have had. The croissants, on the other hand, were much better. I most enjoyed the croissant aux raisins. It was surprisingly fluffy and flakey while retaining moisture. I do not even like raisins that much, but I can appreciate it. The fruit croissant was not bad, and I really enjoyed the presentation of it alongside the fruits. The pistachio croissant was not bad, but I do not know if I would get it again. For the price you are paying for, I was hoping they would be a bit better. What I did enjoy were the igloos outside the shop to provide shelter if you wish to munch on your pastries outside.

This place is heavenly. Try their pistachio croissant and Feta-Zaatar scones. It has some nostalgic elements of Tehran which made me emotional. Definitely recommended.
