Initially I was concerned that I wouldn't find any vegan options in Boston. The Life Alive Organic Cafe in Cambridge was a great find. They are plant based having vegetarian and vegan options. The food is fresh, quality and the tastes a great.A wide range of dishes including warm grain bowls, salads, wraps, noodles and soups, and desserts. The beverages include smoothies, cold pressed juices, coffees, teas and suoerfood.lattes.This is definitely on par with the best vegan food I have had in London. Free WiFi, great food and service what more could you ask for. A short distance from MIT you should put it on your to do list.Pictured are Miso Tofu Ramen, Grilled Pita and Blue Breeze.Dietary restrictions: Vegan

Amazing food... wanted to try everything on the menu! Had the bowl with red miso sauce and it was awesome.

Not as good as the other Life Alive locations because they don't have coffee. And the reason they have no coffee is because 1369 Coffee House a few doors down exists. Even though 1369 closes at 3. If you don't want to compete with them at least serve coffee after 3. It makes no sense.

I love this place for their vibrant bowls packed with flavor and fresh veggies! Their sauces complement each bowl so well and they are incredibly filling. I love the Buddha and Adventure bowl. Their butternut squash bisque and smoothies are also amazing! This is a great place for a quiet, fast casual meal that you know will be delicious and good for you.Vegetarian options: This place is completely veganDietary restrictions: Great for low carb, gluten free, vegan/vegetarian

Food: I loved the hot Mexican chocolate. Came here on a rainy day and it was so heart-warming. Service: Food is always really fast here. Ambiance: I love how there are 2 floors here, it has such a cozy ambiance in a lovely area of Cambridge :)

My visit to Life Alive Organic Cafe Central Square left much to be desired, prompting me to caution others against making the same mistake. Despite the cafe's name, the absence of coffee options was baffling, completely missing the essence of what a cafe should offer. To add insult to injury, the beverages we did receive were lackluster and failed to impress. As for the food, it was disappointingly bland, lacking the vibrant flavors one would expect from an establishment promoting organic cuisine. Adding to the discomfort, the cafe was unreasonably chilly, a stark contrast to its purported eco-conscious ambiance, especially considering it was the month of August. My advice? Save yourself the disappointment and explore neighboring coffee shops for a more satisfying experience.

Was recommended this new cafe and loved it! The food is fresh and light, and decent sized servings. The workers were so friendly and welcoming, and went out of their way to bring us condiments without asking. This place is so cute and cozy, and I love that there's an upstairs and downstairs. I will definitely be back when i'm in the central area

I liked the concept of an all organic and all vegan restaurant, and really enjoyed the food including a dessert that used avocado in place of milk cream. Right in the heart of Kendall SquareVegetarian options: All vegan

I have been to this Life Alice at least 5 times in just 2 weeks. The staff here are not bad. I always go there mostly for their turmeric latte. The spices in the latte always helps me clear my sore throat and of course it tastes amazing.

I'm local to this area, so I have been to this location multiple times. Compared to other Life Alive Locations, I am relatively disappointed by the ambiance and the food preparation here. I've had my order messed up a few times already (i.e. items missing in a dish), and a lot of times the food does not seem prepared correctly. There was way too much sauce on a bowl once, and another time a wrap I ordered was falling out by the time it was brought to me. The pb cup acai fudge is liquid when I order it here, which is no longer "fudge," by definition, I think? It's been very different from other Life Alive locations. The music can sometimes be quite loud on the above-ground floor, which is in contrast to the decor and the food/concept served here. The basement is nice and quiet but can be too dark, which is not the best for all occasions. However, I do like to be downstairs when I want to unwind - I just think there's no happy medium between the dark quietness of the basement and the boisterous brightness of the ground floor, but this medium is what I am often craving for in this location. The people are nice and the food tastes ok, but because of the carelessness in the food preparation and the loud music, I find myself going to other Life Alive locations instead. Because it's the most convenient location to me, I want to come to this one more, but my more negative experiences have unfortunately led me to avoid this location often times.
