Not only was the food dry as hell. But when I asked for a cup for some tap water, they refused me. Even though it's technically ILLEGAL to deny someone a cup of tap water at a restaurant in Massachusetts. Place has been going down hill for years. Iv been coming to this location for over a decade. Tonight was by far the one of, if not the worst experience I've ever had. On top of all of that, I was harassed not one, but twice by homeless people inside the restaurant asking me for money/food. This location needs to fix their management team, top to bottom.
Not really a fan of fast food but it is located in a convenient area in Cambridge also I give the customer service much props especially dealing with the amount of traffic every

They have plenty of seating! And the workers are doing a good job at cleaning the floors frequently and taking out the trash. The food is good as any other McDonald's!
