Used to be one of my go to boba shops, but quality has gotten worse past few months. Tasteless - you can tell the lack of effort in their drinks now. Aside from them forgetting the boba in my drink, the seeds in the super fruit four season oolong tea made the drink absolutely DISGUSTED. Please remove seeds from all drinks!!!!

The staff are nice but their drinks are mediocre and tasteless. It's pretty expensive for the quality, and I would recommend going to Tea Do nearby. I ended up throwing my drink away after a few sips.

Used to be good here now the Milk tea had huge flakes in it like a cookie dissolved in it no matter how hard I shook it, really disgusting! My colleague had a green tea that was full with lemon seeds. Threw away 3/4 of the teas, what a shame.... really expensive really low quality, will never go again nor recommend.

I dropped my drink as soon as I walked outside. I told the lady at the counter that I dropped my drink and she was "ok and?". I asked if I could get a new drink and she said no. I paid $10 for my drink, the least they could do is make me a new drink.
It's a nice place , I like having my yogurt mango tea over there and I also like the pumpkin and the creme Brulée.My only concern is that I usually bought the Large yogurt mango tea for $ 8.36 and today it's $9.58 I had 9dollards and I couldn't buy it anymore..seem like the price change all the time over there ..

I came in super enticed by the drink selection and opted for the crème brûlée matcha boba. The matcha was pretty good, but I wish the crème brûlée had more of a torched/caramelized taste (it was basically just custard). The packaging is super nice, and I liked that the lid had slots for sipping and a straw.

I asked for a milk tea to go and they just gave me the milk tea without a bag. So I asked for a plastic bag and they charged me $1.22.
