Gotta say, though, if I had to pay for this affogato, I would have been sorely disappointed. Although the coffee was strong and good, the execution was bad: the steaming hot coffee was immediately poured over the ice cream, so all of it melted in the 1.5 minutes that it took to walk to my car. The tres leches had vanilla wafers, while the baklava had filo dough pieces and walnuts, which added some texture variety. I also enjoyed the waffle cone. It was thicker and chewier than store bought ones.Cons: This was very messy to eat because the ice cream was already half melted by the time I was handed my cone (unsure if this is usually the case with their ice cream). I was also shocked by the price when I went to pay (almost $15)—it turns out that I was overcharged. They corrected this after I emailed customer support. However, although this was the first time this has happened to me at a restaurant, this was not the first for them based on other reviews, so be careful. I ordered a quart for delivery from New City and paid $36 including fees and tip. I was delivered one scoop. The arrogant clerk hung the phone up on me when I complained, but not before she told me it was my fault because of a system error. I was also told that they could not refund me. Avoid this place at all costs.

Ice cream that they make, although not on the premises. They are their own brand, the factory was dedicated to shipping the ice cream directly here.They let you try ice creams without any problem so you can say which one you like with greater confidence.The ice cream prices are more expensive than I would expect, but they are pretty good.When you let it melt a little, the ice cream takes on a lot more flavor, which makes me see that it is more artisanal, although they are not very creamy.They have space to sit and it is quite cozy.

The ice cream was delicious! The strawberry sauce was so yummy and the whipped cream was super fresh tasting.
The mashup flavours (dulce tres leches, nutela rocher, baklava etc) are really rich and decadent! The Baklava flavour, for instance, is full of nuts-no compromises! The ice creams tend to be slightly sweeter than I'd like, and the quantities are on the lower side (for the price) but still would recommend for the fullness of flavours on offer! Kudos to the staff who was patient with my questions and samplers!

I initially wanted to give this place a glowing 5-star review due to the incredible ice cream they offer. However, my experience was marred by the attitude of a particular staff member, a young lady with a messy ponytail. Despite my friendly greeting and gratitude for her assistance in providing me with two ice cream samples, her responses were consistently brusque and unwelcoming. While I understand that people can have bad days, I was taken aback when I noticed a stark contrast in her behavior towards different customers. It appeared that a white lady who came after me received a warm smile and a friendly greeting, while an Indian gentleman who followed her encountered the same unfriendly treatment.To my disappointment, my friends who ordered after me also received similar treatment and observed the same unsettling disparities in service. It's regrettable because we traveled from out of town to experience New City, and this rude staff member made our visit far from enjoyable.On a positive note, I must commend the young woman with the red bun, who was genuinely sweet, welcoming, and friendly, as well as the young woman who handled our payment. I hope that the unkind associate can take a cue from her coworkers and strive to treat all customers with respect and kindness, creating a more inclusive and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.
