For Portland, Maine style pizza, it’s a good spot for quick pickup with a lot of topping options. While the goat cheese is a nice edition to the trendy hot honey pepperoni, it’s definitely for someone who loves goat cheese. The style of pizza is fairly similar to pizza at Source and certainly not New York style. It’s a good pizza place to keep in rotation. Around Harvard square.

Tried the Lamb Gyro, and mashed potato pizza. Pizza tasted old, dough was floppy. Staff was eating food in the food service area in view of the customers. I can see why Joe's is crushing this place.

Great pizza!

They aren't putting limits to the number of people who can use the chairs. A family of 7 was using all the chairs for a good hour and no one was saying anything to them. Everyone was just forced to eat their food outside.

Honestly not the best pizza spot you can find in the area. The shop is very small, there is barely any sitting so it's mainly a grab and go place. The service was quick and the employee was nice. I ordered a slice of cheese pizza and the size is reasonable with the price but it did not taste that fresh. It's clear that the slices sit out, I don't think I will be back.

I feel like people really sleep on Otto's when it comes to pizza in Harvard Square. Pinnochios this, Joe's that...lets talk about Otto's! I personally think that Otto's is the best in the square, and here's why. 1. The sauce. When it comes to pizza, it is my FIRM belief that it is the sauce that makes the pizza. At Otto's, their sauce is unbeatable. It is delightfully tart and creates a wonderful tomato y kick to the other flavors in the pizza. With bad/mediocre pizza, you never really notice the sauce. It's just kind of there because thats what goes on pizza. At Otto's, the sauce presents itself to you in a very pleasing way that really makes the pizza memorable. 2. Thinness. I personally am a fan of thin pizza, and Otto's does this well. The proportion of sauce to cheese to dough is just right in my opinion. It doesn't feel like bread with a topping of cheese and sauce, it doesn't feel like sauce soup with a little bit of bread and cheese mixed in, and it doesn't feel like I'm just eating cheese. 3. Creativity of flavors. At Otto's you can get your classic Margarita or Pepperoni pizza, but if you're feeling adventurous they've got more than enough creative options for you, such as roasted yam, applewood bacon & fried sage, or caramelized pear, blue cheese, & arugula. The only slight negative to Otto's is the inside. There are no tables and one meager little bench area with enough room for four people max, but even then it is super squished and just not great ambiance. So while Otto's I think wins in the flavor department, its best to get it takeout. Other than that, I love Otto's and will always be a fan. (Also its super reasonably priced!)

Great flavors and slices - bacon potato scallion must be tried

Walked by this place hundreds of times not thinking anything of it. I've tried every pizza place around and I think this one is my favorite. No one has ever mentioned it when talking best pizza, all the better, no lines or wait. Good cheese medley, delicious sauce, perfect crust with a nice crisp and chew, pepperoni has a light red pepper spice. I'll be popping in on my drunk waltzes home from now on.

Great spot for fast, thin-crust pizza. Probably my favorite in the Boston area. There's fancier pizza out there, but this is tasty with bright, simple flavors.

We were in need of a snack to tide us over until dinner. We had walked around the block near Harvard and stumbled in to this place. This is a small place on the inside, but do have a few tables set up on the patio out front. The menu was quite different than any pizza joint I've been to. My wife had the mushroom, manchego, and herb. I rolled with the mashed potato, bacon, and scallion. The tastiness of the pizza matched the uniqueness. Definitely check it out if you are looking for some za with a twist!
