I go here most mornings for a bagel and cream cheese toasted dark with extra spread.It’s never right. Today was not even toasted at all. Most of the time it’s no spread.I have said something many times and nothing has been done.It’s unfortunate because it’s a good bagel.

The quality of the food and drinks is really good. Considering the quality/ quality and ambience i would say that the prices are on the higher end.The cafe recently moved to a bigger space in same building
One of the best coffee programs in greater Boston; highlighting craft roasters, many of them local. Rotates pretty regularly so there’s always something new.Decent vegan options which are super appreciated. Big fan of the vegan baked goods and breakfast sandwiches. Lots of interesting looking non-veg stuff beyond the standard egg/cheese breakfast sando (which they have too, don’t freak out). The bagels are really good.Definitely a step up from a lot of the other cafes in Cambridge/Somerville.

Really friendly workers and a beautiful and uplifting space to be in! The sandwich I got was really good and tasted fresh and I got an iced coffee which I sucked down quickly! Definitely would come back again

Great little coffee shop! The food was delicious - the overnight oats exceeded my expectations! My husband loved his latte while I found mine to be good, but not exceptional. Solid spot.

Wow, I’m no longer coming here after that review about the expired food and terrible customer service. I would have expected any business to extend an olive branch, especially under those circumstances with such a major oversight, but sounds like that customer got unnecessary attitude directly from this business and no accountability. I would have escalated it as well. I will help them spread the word about the terrible customer service from Jaime, which looking back, I have also experienced in store. She was condescending and unhelpful when I asked about vegetarian options.

Friends of Jaime really need to stop posting fake reviews for her. That is very sad and transparent. I had been a loyal customer at all the Revival locations, starting with the one on Newbury, but never again after hearing about the food quality issues and the unprofessional behavior from Jaime. I had met her before when I was buying a bagel and always an aloof vibe, in contrast to her coworkers, who were happy and energetic. I had never met Cameron, who is referenced in the safety review, but please give him a raise for how he interacted with a customer who got the expired food. Major oversight. Shame on Revival for being so cheap and unethical.
