I got this for delivery. It may be the worst Mapo Tofu I've ever had. The only part that resembles the dish is that it has tofu. Someone put chicken stock, celery and onions with tofu and called it Mapo. There is zero of the funky bean flavor or mala spice. The only reason I ate it is because I won't waste food. I covered it with Szechuan chili oil and it was still barely palatable.

I have to say Royal East was the best Chinese restaurant I ate from while staying at boston. The PuPu Platter was great and the boneless ribs tasted awesome maybe because of the honey. Everything else I ordered was great even the shrimp with eggplant..Vegetarian options: Shrimp eggplant

The last time I ordered from here. I was given burnt ribs. The disappointment was too much because food is pricey. I also asked for some hot mustard to good with some soup, and I never got it. Check your food before you leave.

A nice place with good Malaysian/singaporean.Dishes we ordered - hainanese chicken rice, char quey teow, chicken satay, poh piah, roti canaiDishes we absolutely loved - poh piah, roti canai, chicken satay, char quey teowThe chicken rice was good but the rice wasn’t as chicken flavored as I would have liked. It was 4/5 though!

The food was good. But the price was a big expensive for the amount of food you get. I order a noodle dish and the portion was not so big. It can only feed one person. Cannot share with 2 people. They should at least increase the size of the noodle dishes so that you can share with at least 2 people if they are charging over $15 for the dish.

waited for 5 min and had to look for the host/waiter. Waiter didn't say a word to us, just led us to a table. Then took forever to get an order in, when we did the lady forced us to get the stingray insisting many times how good it was and asking "are you sure? you really should..." I finally gave in, my mistake, it ended up being bad and we had like two bites of the enormous thing. Singaporean noodles was extremely disappointing. The chicken satay was so dry as well. The entire meal costed a lot for two people. Don't know what was worse the service or the food.... Ambiance was okay, just very empty and no music.

Food is ok. The tofu puffs is supposed to have shrimp inside and is priced that way but was all tofu or at least tasted that way. Chicken wings were bland but cooked well so we had to add our own seasoning. Chicken fingers were very good. Spare ribs were reheated so kind of dry. Fried rice was not that good and tasted a bit bland as well.

Omg... I enjoyed EVERYTHING that we ordered here! Wow! It was late lunch and quiet. Service was prompt, friendly and attentive. Now for the food.... Hainanese chicken, silky and perfectly poached.. loved it. Roasted duck was good, stingray fish with sambal sauce was spicy yet incredible and kangkong belacan was just perfection and a really tasty nasi goreng. Large portions too. I can only wish I live closer. And got a discount for paying cash. I'll be back, hopefully soon.

Customer service is horrible. Why are Asians so rude to us. The guy at the desk was so rude and short...No customer service at all.. and he threw my credit card on the desk after processing it. I won't be going back here.
