The staff with curly hair is very rude. When I ordered my drink he was frown at me and said”oh my god”??

They sell coffee and ask for tips because they don’t pay their workers enough I guess, and when you ask for the bathroom they refer you to neighboring businesses. Where I come from we call this freeloading. In my view if you sell coffee the right thing to do is to see the process through to its natural conclusion and also offer a bathroom.

Food and coffee at this location is about as you would expect from Starbucks - slightly overpriced for the quality but still somehow cheaper than other locations nearby. The space is rather small compared to most locations, especially compared to their former location across the street. The high ceiling and decor of this former building enterence gives the space a sense of generic grandeur, but the lack of seating (likely due to the space confines and traffic this location can get) is really devastating.I'll repeat that again. THERE IS NO SEATING. Get your coffee and sandwich and get out - or stand around awkwardly if there is room.If you're looking for a quick sit and coffee out of the weather, go to Pete's or the Capital One Cafe down the street. If it's summer or you can otherwise stand the weather, still go to Pete's or Capital one. They're all about even in the end but at least they care to have and tend their tables.Edit: Dropping a start on service and overall because their automated customer service response bot is a cheap-out way to effectivity ignore a problem by throwing money at an issue rather than actually trying to fix things.

Starbucks is not about community any more. They don't provide comfortable seating (or no seating at all). Just get your coffee and screw is their philosophy now.

Can get super busy but line moves fairly quickly. Wish there was seating since this central location would make it super convenient. At times store seems understaffed but baristas are friendly

The staff are friendly, but a coffee shop with *zero* seating is such a waste of space. It might as well be a kiosk.

What the hell? All that space in the center of the square and NO seating at all? Why? I only wentthere at all because all the local indie coffee shops are still closing early (since Covid) and nope. What a waste.

Worst Starbucks in town :DWill get your orders wrong and not even say sorry about it. Partners are very unfriendly, go to another store since this won't be your average Starbucks

they have not gotten my drink order correct once- understaffed and stressful. i feel for them but its really not good service and the drinks taste off.

They are way quicker than the old store - my mobile order is always ready when i come to pick it up. The two downsides are that there is no seating and they keep the straws and lids way behind the counter, so you have to flag down an employee to get you one…which sort of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead to get in and out quickly.
