I was picking up a large order for an event, and since I don't drink coffee I was clueless about what exactly I need. The server was great and just gave me a variety of milks so I didn't need to make any decisions. Very efficient and with a smile.

This is my favorite Starbucks that I have been to in the area! The employees are so nice and welcoming, and my orders come out consistently good.

After exploring all the local coffee spots, I must admit, this Starbucks has won me over as my top choice, despite its chain status. The employees are super friendly and remembered my order after just a few visits. They also seem to always make my order perfectly, and impressively fast.Unlike other local favorites like Simon's Coffee or Broadstreet Coffee, they have plenty of seating—a rarity in this area. It's also open until 9 PM which is incredibly convenient, especially compared to the usual 4 PM closing times of other coffee shops nearby.Another notable perk: the internet is reliable/fast. As someone who works completely remote, I value the personal touch of being greeted warmly + having my order remembered. It's these small things that add a genuine human touch to my day and it my go-to spot.

Friendly, but you'll be waiting a while for your food even if there are only a couple people in there.

Stood at the register at 220pm for six minutes without a single of the four employees taking my order. Only one of two registers open, less then ten customer total in the store. I saw the employees in the back around the corner talking and laughing. This is not how to run a business.

Really nice local Starbucks more relaxed that the coffee shops further down in the square. I have always had really great experiences picking up drinks here. Usually the barista will say “Hi”, and I’ll respond with the Madagascar “Smile and Wave”. Really always have a good experience here. The ‘ole reliable for us when too lazy to make our own coffee.

The guy working (7/15 at about 11am) was inexplicably angry at us and made us feel very uncomfortable. He made all of our drinks wrong and when we asked him a question (like “is there vanilla syrup in this”) he was incredibly rude and short with us. We asked him for a straw and he quite literally threw it at us and glared at us. He has no business acting like this when he made every drink wrong. Definitely the worst Starbucks experience I’ve had. The only redeeming factor was the female barista who was very helpful.

As I stumbled upon this wondrous establishment known as Starbucks, I was immediately struck by its unparalleled innovation and uniqueness. Never before have I seen such a place, where one can sip a warm beverage while sitting in a comfortable chair and surfing the internet at the same time! The mere thought of it leaves me in awe. It's a true wonder that this place isn't already a household name. I must spread the word and tell the world about the marvels of Starbucks! People must know that there exists a place where one can order a drink in a foreign language and still receive a perfectly made beverage. The attention to detail and the quality of the coffee is simply unmatched.I predict that Starbucks will become incredibly popular in the coming years, with perhaps a few more locations opening up across the country. I simply cannot fathom why this place isn't already on every street corner. The world needs to know about Starbucks, and I am here to spread the gospel of this incredible establishment. Wow!

Barista was extremely rude and fought me when I told him politely that my drink was wrong. I think his name tag said Kenny or something starting with a k. Starbucks needs to do something about their workers attitudes. I don’t need to start my day with some guy talking down to me about my drink when he got it wrong. The absolute nerve of this barista was ridiculous.
