I got turkey and cheese sandwich and got vegetables and NO Cheese and MY Bread WAS BURNT and got ME COMPLETELY wHat I DIDNT ASK FOR!! They ALSO GAVE ME WHEAT BREAD AND I HATE WHEAT BREAD!!Dietary restrictions: Can’t have tomatoes and purple onions

I ordered a salad, the lady prepared the salad in the lid instead of the bowl but still charged me for a full bowl of salad even though the lid holds less than half the salad.

I've been to subways all over the world. This one is by far the worst. The fact that we're in a pandemic makes it all the more unpleasant. It's located in a very poorly cleaned convenience store which is indicated no where on the website, Google or the delivery apps. As someone else mentioned it is CROWDED with unshowered, homeless people playing various state lottery games. I don't have an issue with the homeless staying inside a place to keep warm. However many of them, including the guy who was blocking the register while I was trying to pay- was not wearing a mask. I had to practically get in his face and ask him to move. I had no issue with the "attitude" of the employee making my sandwich. I would be depressed and hate my life if I had to work there, too. However, I wish they would enforce wearing masks. So I looked closely at the food prep and freshness of the veggies and it looked ok. When I took my sandwich home, I found several thin hairs in it that weren't mine. And then I thought about how gross that convenience store was....and completely lost my appetite. Putting a subway inside this convenience store was a terrible idea. It is impossible for it to be properly clean with the store constantly being crowded with people who don't have access to regular hygiene. I wouldn't even buy a drink from that store.

Terrible when it comes to contact less delivery. If you call, nobody picks up and there is literally no way to add to your order if an item does not show up on postmates.
I asked if they had any gluten free wraps and the person working their asked me what gluten was. Also I got a veggie wrap because I do not trust their meat.
