Fusion American place with themes from all over the world - some were good, some not as much. The price seemed a bit high all things considered. The ambience was not to my taste but well decorated and cared for.

Pretty poor experience here for a work holiday dinner on a Wednesday night. We had a big party, but it took an hour and half to get our main entree, which was just mediocre, and then another hour for dessert. The kitchen was probably stretched thin due to the number in our group, but that seems like something you plan for. I wouldn't come back here.

I came here most recently when friends wanted to have a drink and nosh before our movie in Kendall Square. The last time I was here, I had an awesome drink called the notorious F.I.G. Don't ask me what was in it, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Sadly, it was not on the menu, so I ordered a 907 Old Fashioned, which was also lovely. For appetizers, we had the bunuelos, mezze plate, and kale Caesar. The bunuelos was the winner of the group but the mezze was pretty good too. I especially enjoyed the whipped feta. The kale Caesar was also tasty, but the grated cheese had no flavor to it and was almost cardboard-like; otherwise, I thought the salad was good. To my surprise, halfway through our visit, the waitress told me that they went to the "office" and looked up the recipe for the notorious F.I.G. and had almost the ingredients and could make me one if I wanted. So yeah, I wanted. It was as good as I remembered, but I still don't know what is in it. Nice customer service!

We were first assigned an extremely rude and obnoxious server, who was behaving inappropriately and in a completely unacceptable manner. I think someone must have noticed, because they replaced him with a woman who was much nicer and more professional. My question is why that first server is allowed to work there!

We dined on a Saturday night, later in the evening, but we had a reservation, so we assumed that they were still serving the full menu. We arrived and were seated immediately. We tried to order drinks, but when my husband ordered a particular beer on the menu, they said they didn't have that one, so he ordered another brand, only to find out they didn't have that one either. So he ended up getting his third choice. I tried to order one of their featured cocktails, but that wasn't available either. The food was good, but at the end of the meal, when we got the check, they gave us the wrong one (there were only two parties in the restaurant, so it seemed strange that they gave us the wrong check). So, though the food was good, the service was definitely lacking.

Great dinner for two at The Dial. We were seated in the bar area, which was pretty noisy, but nice. Seating was clean and comfortable. It took a little longer than I would have liked for our waitperson to check in with us on several occasions, but she was very pleasant and recommended a drink. Food arrived promptly; we enjoyed the Brussels sprouts, cauliflower pakoras (tomato tamarind chutney was so good!), and lamb merguez sliders. Will be back.

Really disappointed by the food here! I ordered the Smash Burger thinking it’d be a mouthwatering experience and instead I was served an uninspired cafeteria-esque burger. The skimpy toppings and small portion size reminded me of White Castle, and I immediately regretted ordering it. I was also disappointed after tasting my friend’s Dan Dan noodles. The Carbonara noodles and Brussel Sprouts were good, if only on the oily side. If I come back (which likely won’t be for awhile), I’ll probably just order those, or I’ll try to come for brunch or the rooftop.. Overall—come to this place for “dinner” primarily for the phenomenal ambiance and maybe the drinks! Don’t come to this place for the food.

My group of 6 friends went to try The Dial. We ordered the pitcher of El Malecon which needs at least 4 people to order. The waitress was really brief and curt when talking to one of my friends. The pitcher came out and it was not a pitcher. It was just a bigger glass than normal and it was way too pricey for 5 people to take three to four sips from it.

The roof deck is killer with an incredible sunset view and a relaxed vibe. The drinks are super cute, creative, and fun.If the roof deck is full, let them sit you at the indoor bar until space opens. On a busy Friday night, my friend and I only waited for ~5min & space opened up — and the indoor vibe is also very nice so wouldn’t have minded way iront longer.

The food was good (I got the chicken and waffles for brunch) but they had a TV playing in the background with the most disturbing and graphic movies with gory scenes and sexual content which I didn’t appreciate. They did change it after about 45 mins but took them a while.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly (food not appealing to kids and not great content on the tv)

Beautiful restaurant, attentive staff, and the meals were delicious and presented beautifully! The Brussel sprouts were my favorite part!

the rice is soo dry, even for sushi too. The atmosphere here is good and luxury. Prices are expensive too, but I can’t really recommend. Taste is so bad.

Came with a group for dinner. There are two entrances. One from the botique hotel and the other from the side street. Lighting was nice and the bar/dinner area had a relaxing atmosphere. In the next dining area was a large mural that displayed the restaurant's international flare. Service was simply outstanding. We tried six dishes and dessert. The cranberry pecan salad with a maple vinaigrette was amazing. Green harissa grilled chicken was great. However everything was overshadowed by the vegetable japchae. I would come back to The Dial just for this. Currently not on the menu but you need to ask for it. To round out the meal was a Turkish Coffee Chocolate mousse. Also enjoyed their Basil Orgeat Lemonade and frozen Bailey's coffee. Highly recommended.
