The fried chicken here used to be consistent absolutely fantastic, but they seemed to have changed from thighs to breasts, and the result is extremely disappointing. The breasts were extremely dry and tough, and the breading was thin and soggy. It was borderline inedible and a huge huge huge drop in quality from what I'm used to. Hopefully they'll switch it back!

I went to Paul Baier’ Woodstock AI meetup at The Smoke Shop in Kendall Square and met some amazing people. The service was good, I had an Irish coffee while meeting with everyone at the place which was very accommodating to our event. It was great ??

Talking about beig disappointed, all I may said is dried, tasteless, unappealing.And the additional 3% add to the bill (kitchen appreciation description) Is a way to have the costumer pay for the credit cards fees.Venue looks nice.

Very good ! The food is great if you like to eat meat. Rally good.The sides are good but not a great variety of them.There aren’t any spicy side. And they don’t have any Tabasco or any other spicy sauce to order , that was a bit weird for me.The waiter was so kind and servicial . Very good.All was as expected , very good .

If you’re having an event work with CJ, she will take care of you and your guest. The team at the smoke shop makes you feel at home and you will not find a more knowledgeable staff if you enjoy final whiskeysVegetarian options: We had a vegetarian chicken that was amazing. He would’ve never known it was vegetarian.

Brisket is so tender, but the ribs are no comparison to my hometown, the famous Rudy BBQ in TX. It is not as tender, but not bad, though. Service is great :) Brussels sprouts are excellent. It's super delicious for someone who does not like this specific vegetable.

I chose lemonade as a drink and it is very good. Probably because it has more sugar than normal but... it's still good.We ate two pit boss combos so we could choose meats. We repeat brisket, ribs and burnt ends. We ate three people for a total of approximately $80To my surprise, the burnt ends were the best, the sauce gives it a superb flavor. The ribs are very good and the brisket is just okay. It could have been more tender.As starters that come in the combo we ordered smashed potatoes, the two breads, the zucchini and the mc and cheese.The best for me were the breads and the smashed potatoes, although the Mc & cheese was not bad.I find the place highly recommended to go to. They have a huge variety of whiskeys to choose from, although I don't drink.
