Ordered a large State House pizza with pepperoni, sausage, hamburger, and meatball. It was one of the best pizzas that I’ve had in Cambridge. Thin and crispy. Good balance of toppings. I would highly recommend trying out Upper Crust.I’ve been here a few times and it had been hit or miss for me personally with the amount of grease on the wings and pizza (and I’m the kind of person that doesn’t mind greasy food). However, this time was excellent. I will be going back.

I ordered a LARGE pizza (18inch) and received a pizza that was only 13 inches across. That’s half the amount of pizza that we ordered (531 square inches vs 1017 square inches).This is also not the first time that I have been disappointed with my order from here. I also once received the wettest pizza I have ever eaten which has large, uncut pieces of peeled tomato on it.Both pizzas pictured.

My sister and I went to upper crust Pizza on Saturday, May 13. Our pizza looked and tasted like it had been reheat it. I called to complain, and the woman who answered the phone said we put what you wanted on it that’s all we can do. My sister and I have gotten the same pizza that during the week, several times in the last month and the pizza was hot and delicious. I do plan to call back during the week and let the people know that work during the week that I believe the weekend people are making reheated pizzas

Edit: the sweet and nice lady gave us a new pizza, that is really tasty! Very nice and apologetic to solve the issue. Good service. Added picture of the new pizza.Original: Ordered a large (18 in) pizza that come uneatable. As you can see from the photos, it was fully burnt. Biting it was the same sensation as biting a pita chip. I ordered this to feed my wife and I and have leftover (it is supposed to feed 6 people) and I ended up still hungry after eating the only parts that was humanly possible.

I ordered a cheese pizza and received a cheese pizza with caraway seeds all over it. I’m allergic to caraway seeds. I order from this location a lot and the pizza is always great. I called the shop and told them what is on my pizza…they told me it’s garlic and basil. They are 100% caraway seeds. Mistakes happen but this is a dangerous one

I was excited to try a new place. Ordered a large Swellesley pizza, hot chicken tenders, and mozzarella bites. Once the order finally arrived almost 2 hours later…..the pizza was cold but okay. I like the amount of spice. The chicken tenders were very good but def on the smaller side. The true travesty was the mozzarella bites- because they gave me KETCHUP instead of marinara sauce. So those were basically inedible. Really disappointed overall and would not order again.
Would give zero star if I could. Awful. Bad pizza, even worse service. Took 2+ hours to get the pizza. Repeatedly called with no response. Do not give them your business.
