Long overdue review since I've been a regular here for years, and try to go every time I'm in Boston. The food is amazing and will be appreciated not only by vegans and vegetarians, just outstanding quality diner food. The place looks like a cute diner as well and the service has always been great. The team works super hard and gets food out quickly even on very busy days! Love everything about this place and hope to continue coming here for years to come :)
Love the diverse brunch menu options for vegans, especially the vegan stuffed french toast! This is also the perfect place to come for brinner.The Canadian in me also appreciates the poutine, which is a rare find in Boston.

I tried veggie Gallaxy for the first time and me and my family were hooked. It appeared clean the atmosphere was great! We order the Mac and cheese (boom), the chopped cheese (we did not like it), we were allowed to change it to steak and cheese and another Mac and cheese(boom and boom), French fries, onion rings, French toast, and a float. We came back again 2 days later. We ordered Mac and cheese, Mac and cheese balls, French fries. Alll that we ordered was the boom(really good)! Came back on Saturday afternoon and it was packed but we were welling to stay. Then was saw a mouse then a roach. We left and didn’t order anything. The manger and an employee were able to catch the mouse and free it outside. We were sitting in the waiting area when we noticed a roach crawling on the chair next to my daughter. All thought we feel like we have the best vegan restaurant in Massachusetts we could not eat there. I understand that things happen. I hope that if we come back we never experience that again. I want to try the Ruben. Oh the manger was very friendly and understanding and all of the staff were as well.Kid-friendliness: They don’t have a kids menu but my children loved the food

I usually love this restaurant, but am incredibly disappointed with my last experience. I ordered take out in person, and waited in the restaurant. The person taking my order was distracted, and did not place my order correctly. I drove 45 minutes home to discover I'd been overcharged for extra food that was incorrect. The host also tried to send us out the door without half our order, which we had to double back for. What a disappointing experience, seeing as this has never happened here. They're usually so attentive. I would love a refund for the incorrect food and the extra food I do not want, but I don't even know how to obtain one.
