Went to this restaurant after seeing it featured on Phantom Gourmet and my husband and myself left full of good food. The food was tasty and came to our table ready to eat and the service was great! They gave us everything we needed in a timely manner. The restaurant was on a smaller scale but we got a table pretty quickly without making a reservation. We even had the dessert of the strawberry shaved ice which had a bowl that was big enough to easily feed the two of us and it was very delicious!

My friends and I came by on a Friday evening, and it was quite packed. There is not much space, so you might end up close to other tables. I ordered the signature ramen, which came with the choice of chicken or pork katsu. I went with pork katsu, but it was very underwhelming. It is very thin and does not have much flavor. I enjoyed the texture of their noodles, but the broth was just alright. I do not think it was the worst I have had, but it tasted standard and did not leave much of an impression on me. I was also unimpressed with the lack of toppings that came with this dish. There was like one strand of veggie, a tamago, and a clump of corn that did not even amount to the size of my palm. The tamago was really random and felt like a cheap alternative to a marinaded ramen egg. For the price you are paying for, the portions and quality do not match up to it. We also ordered a soju bottle to share, and I did appreciate how the server provided us with shot glasses so we could share the bottle. It was a bit disappointing that they had run out of yogurt flavor when it was only 6pm on a Friday night, but we settled with the Peach flavor. Overall, the service was alright, but I would go elsewhere for better ramen.

Service is fine but the restaurant is pretty loud and the food is rather poor. The ramen broth is rich but entirely lacking in flavor. The noodles have acceptable chew but the rest of the ingredients are just meh. Overall, pretty expensive for bad ramen when much better choices exist on mass ave (e.g. near Porter Sq).

Disappointing. We tried the broth on its own -- shocking. Hot water with little flavoring.

Veggie gyoza are edamame filled (kind of weird in my opinion), and their mushroom Ramen isn't being served anymore. My partner got the veggie ramen and said it was bad at first, but the broth was better at the bottom, where all the seasoning was. Tofu she got was cold and unseasoned silken tofu, so it didn't really add much to her dish and cooled it down too much. I got the signature Ramen. It was good, but felt a tad lacking for the price. I can see why some people like it, but having dietary restrictions can be quite limiting here. We prefer other Ramen places that can offer a better selection to our dietary needs, but this can be a good choice otherwise.

There is a huge waiting time and the staff doesn't care either. The restaurant is Starbucks for ramen

After waiting with a group of five for what was promised to be a 30-minute wait, we endured a freezing 1.5-hour wait outside the establishment without ever being seated. Despite repeated assurances, we were left standing in the cold until we ultimately had to leave without being accommodated. Absolutely unacceptable service and complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Avoid at all costs

Group of 5 they kept saying you will get seated in 30 minutes for 1.5 hours never got seated. We're standing in cold outside the store. Had to leave at end.

Stopped in to grab some Ramen with a friend and it did not disappoint. Ordered the signature Ramen which came with chicken katsu that was nice and crispy. Service was quick, attentive, and friendly! Portions were alright for the price. Space is pretty small but not a problem as it was a nice in between of a fast casual place and a sit down restaraunt.
