Had the levant bowl with arugula. The arugula was soggy and full of water. The rest was ok, couldn't really taste the tahini in the dressing

The "healthy bowl" trend in the Cambridge area is strong. You've got poke bowls, Life Alive (yum), Sweetgreen, and now Dig Inn is also coming (or so I hear).None of these places can even come close to comparing to how wonderful the food at Whole Heart is. The food is fresh, the combinations are inventive without being wild (falafel dog, japanese eggplant), and the service is fast. It doesn't feel like the "typical" healthy fast food place to me for some reason... this place has something that sets it apart for me that I can't quite put my finger on.It's one of my 'go-to" places for lunch in Harvard Square.

I've been wanting to come here for ever and wow I am so sad I waited to so long! I want to preface this by saying I love meat but I definitely did not miss it one bit while eating this meal. Here's the FAST (Food Ambiance Service Trendsetter) ReviewFood: 5Delicious. I made my own bowl with all the ingredients I love. I loved the eggplant and the crunchy chickpeas. I also had the gojuchang sauce. The roasted broccoli was also great! I normally wouldn't rave about something like that but it was just overall great combo of flavors!Ambiance: 3It's a fast casual place. Nothing out of the ordinary to write aboutService: 5 Again, fast casual. Very fast service. Also they were very helpful in helping me decide what I wanted. Normally I would go for shiitake but they let me try it first before ordering because some people don't like the texture of it. Trendsetter: 4I guess I cambridge there's a lot of vegetarian/vegan places popping up. But this is by the far the best one I've been to and they have more interesting options than the rest!Go wholeheart provisions keep doing what you're doing!!!

I love this place! It’s build-your-own bowl with Asian and Middle Eastern influences— my favorites are the Japanese eggplant, bulgogi-style beets, pickled cauliflower, kimchi, and topped with crispy chickpeas.

Went to check out Harvard and MIT and was starving for what my husband calls, "foo foo goat food!" Found this gem! I ordered their Cassie bowl and added a few extras like falafels and veggies. It's been a week since I ate there and still can't stop thinking about my amazing, flavorful bowl! Highly recommend this place!

Quick service, good prices, high quality food. It’s located in the middle of the smith center and has plenty of options for seating. Highly recommended, would even be as bold to say that it makes good competition for sweetgreen.

My go-to spot in the Smith Center for lunch, especially when I want something both healthy and delicious. I normally get the build your own bowl: brown rice & quinoa, tomatoes, Brussels sprouts, edamame, broccoli, crispy chickpeas, and peanut sauce. (See how I have it memorized? I may have a problem.)Very good at GF! Super well labeled. I'm actually writing this review to say the açaí bowls are YUMMY. A nice breakfast treat which isn't too heavy. Love it.

Nice place to get lunch within the campus center. Has seating, free WiFi and a few outlets. Food is pretty good! They've got a lot of healthy options.

Yummy healthy food. Was a little on the pricier side but at least I felt healthy eating it lol. Everything was fresh and tasted delicious! This is definitely a great place to try, it might be a little hard to find since it is in the Harvard student center but it is available to the public

If you're looking for fresh, healthy and delicious food that never disappoints, look no further. Their bowls are WAY better than the ones you'd get at Life Alive, and I've never tried a combo I haven't loved. And the portions are so generous, such a great value. If I'm not super hungry, my favorite things to order are the seared avocado or the falafel dog, from the street food menu. Definitely the best, most consistent and reliable vegan fast food I've ever had.

5.0/5I LOVE THIS PLACE! I've had the Cassie and the Mission, and both were amazing. The Japanese eggplant is probably my favorite thing that Whole Heart has. I love the blend of different items in the Whole Heart bowls, and I think they create some really unique flavors that go well together. For example, I think the crunchy items that they top their bowls with (eg crispy chickpeas, szechuan dukkah) go really well with the softer items, like the japanese eggplant and the shiitake.I really hope they expand outside Boston...

So so good!! I came here just to grab something to eat while doing some work in the Smith Campus Center and it turned out to be the best vegan food I've had in Boston. I got the Cassie bowl and substituted a few of the vegetables and it was ready in like five minutes. The crispy chickpeas were so crunchy and added a great texture element to the bowl. The eggplant was also super good and every component of the bowl seemed so well seasoned, it wasn't just a bunch of dry vegetables doused in sauce. All the bowls basically come out to a little under $10 which isn't a bad deal because there was a ton of food packed in there.

I like coming here for their acai bowls since they have the only decent acai bowl in Harvard Square, but their veggie bowls are not a good value. I did a build your own bowl with arugula, beets, basil, tomatoes, currants, and miso orange dressing, and while the flavors and textures were good, it was not a good value. It was about $10 but very small portioned. It's not as filling as sweetgreen or Dig Inn, one of which is currently open a block away and the other of which is coming to Harvard Square soon.
