Great beer, quality food, and a huge space to hang out inside and outside. What more could you ask for in a brewery? They even had a few non alcoholic options for non drinkers like me. The smash burger is great - nothing beats a classic griddled cheeseburger. The fries are also top notch. Pizza connoisseurs will also appreciate the quality pizza that they have here. There is even a soft serve ice cream truck outside. It's all a step above what you would find at a typical brewery. This is a very kid friendly place with mostly families during the day. Big long tables for reserved seating in the back and first come first serve seating towards the front. Massive outdoor areas with lots of tables and space for kids to run. Looks like private rooms for groups and events too. Perfect spot to spend a weekend afternoon.

I have enjoyed trips to Trillium in the past, but a recent attempt to have birthday drinks there on a friend's special day was soured by exceptionally unfriendly--rude, actually--hostess. For outdoor seating, she told us there was "just a LITTLE wait"...of 60 to 90 minutes! This was too long, since we had two small kids with us. So we asked: what about INSIDE? By this point, she'd lost interest, and didn't even look at us. "More or less the same." Head down. Uninterested. Not a single smile. No "I'm sorry." No "It's just really busy tonight." No "We hope you'll come back another time." Even so, I'm not sure I will. First impressions matter. That hostess made a miserable one. Trillium can and should do better.

Huge place with indoor and outdoor seating. Great selection, great food, and clean bathrooms, friendly staff, and child friendly.

Went to Trillium for the second time and once again the pizza tasted like a paper plate.

Takes over over two hours to get your food after you order it

What an unpleasant place to have a drink. The beer itself is not bad if you like IPAs. The building is a big concrete box. It's so loud you can't have a conversation. They discouraged our large group from congregating anywhere for no apparent reason. Also, it's weirdly full of little kids playing on their iPads, which isn't a problem, just sort of strange.Maybe it's better when the weather is nice and people can go outside.

I've been a fan of Trillium since they sold growlers from a hole in the wall in the Seaport. Good food and great beer!

Cool atmosphere, great beer. New room/furniture arrangement needs revisiting.

Pizza was amazing, although few slices had a burn crust. Beer was good. Belgium something beer was a bit too gassy. Service was great. There was a live performance at the time we were there - which added a nice touch

Good beer, terrible tacos - get the half chicken.

Took 45 minutes to get an order of nachos-which were stale, small portion for $$-floor littered with trash-not impressed

Very large brewery in Canton. Free parking, plenty of parking spaces, lots of EV chargers. Large beer menu as well as wine, cocktail and mocktail options. The server was helpful in picking out a very fruit forward beer. While they don't offer official flights most beers you can order in a 5oz size to try. Pizza menu plus a pretty decent sized menu of appetizers and other food options. Large fridge and walls of beers to go.

Beer is good, but the self-service food ordering doesn't work at all. Ordered from the QR code, and it said pick up in 25 min. I did, and you could tell the tacos had been sitting there for 20 min.... all the tortillas fell apart and it was just a soggy taco salad. You pit in your email and cell when ordering, so why can't I get notified when it's ready so it's fresh? Leaves a lot to be desired

We want to like this place but, literally On St. Patricks day, this place was a veritable kindergarten. We might have been the only group without kids and it was packed. One child fell off his bike beside our table— parents?? Nowhere to be seen! We so would have appreciated an adult only section!! Kids are so chaotic and cry all the time— having a space for peace and adult conversation is needed in breweries today. Beers are great, food is underwhelming.
