Always clean and well organized. Service is consistent. Ready made food and soup is good.

Was called "Chinaman" loudly by a person in his 60s, while pushing my cart forward. Security guard, store staff and store manager all refused to step forward to confront the racist customer.

Absolutely amazing food. The closed Subway still had fresh tuna salad.

I loved the free samples that were offered one Saturday, but this doesn't seem to be a frequent thing at this Wholefoods... I used to come here (emphasis on USED to) to go shopping then sit down on the tables in front of the store, I'd come here before going to Corepower Yoga. However, the thing that really throws me off is these tables are MAD DIRTY, never seem to be cleaned with specs of food/other dirt which is kind of gross as Wholefoods is super boutique. Other than that, it's a big & spacious store, look at how pretty these flowers are!

The worst place to shop for groceries. Since Amazon took over, Whole Foods was never the same. Amazon's stock is not doing well and now it shows in the service and attitude of their employees at the stores. The African American store defiantly said to me, "Feel free to give us a bad review," so I did.

I've never had anything but a positive pleasant experience at Whole Foods . Now that my other store has closed I will be making Whole Foods my main grocery store.

Lately there seems to be slippage in management quality at the Ctown Whole Foods at Bunker Hill Mall. Many basic items (eg., low fat cottage cheese, milks, pastas) are not reliably stocked. Lots of empty spaces as product just isn't there. I now regularly anticipate not finding items and am considering shopping elsewhere even though I've been a loyal customer since this store opened. Too many personal shoppers fill multiple grocery bags on large wheeled carts, quickly clearing items off the shelves that aren't replenished in a timely manner for average shoppers. Very few WF employees are stocking shelves. I'm not sure exactly what the issue is, but the store has a feel of being in decline. So sad.

A much smaller WF than most, but it's rarely TOO crowded. The checkout lane completely opposite the express lanes is often surprisingly quick.
The deli and hot bar needs work, everything else is good

A little disorganized but a great place full@of organic options

Get some juice (digestive aid or nurture & restore) here and then walk the Freedom Trail

Selection is poor from seafood 2 meat 2 hot bar Can't find items that should be in "whole foods" however juice bar is somewhat redeeming Ginger shots if you are feeling sick, but beware it closes at 9

The cashiers are always friendly, helpful, and patient. This is consistent and noticeable enough that I want to contact corporate with praise.
