After attending a wedding reception they catered in 2022 and enjoying the food, my wife and I chose Bianco's to cater our own wedding reception this past weekend. From our very first conversation, Patrick made the process really easy, walking me through several options and making suggestions based on our tastes and budget. This was already a MUCH easier conversation than some other caterers we'd approached that had made us feel like we had to have all the answers before talking to them. A small deposit was all we needed to lock in the date, and Patrick reached out as the day approached to get a final headcount and firm up our total, which was super reasonable even with gratuity included.On the day of our event, the staff came in and introduced themselves, walked through the plan, and got to preparing (they were super familiar with the venue — the Chelmsford Elks, which I also would recommend for anyone looking for a reasonably-priced reception venue). They really went above and beyond when our wedding party's photo session was running long — we thought we'd have photos done before the shindig got underway, but that didn't happen. One of Bianco's staff, Heather, tracked us down out behind the pavilion with hors d'oeuvres (delicious beef satay!) to make sure we didn't miss out — really kind of her!!I'd really recommend Bianco's — there are enough things to stress about when putting together a wedding, and it was really great to have our catering experience be so stress-free.

Just a fantastic caterer! This is third event I have had Bianco's cater and our guests raved about everything. We had a seafood boil with steak tips added on. The three chefs/waiters were so kind and attentive and the food was melt in your mouth delicious. Jim delighted our younger guests with the lobsters. People asked for their contact info, they deserve every bit of praise.

Wow, what a surprise special little place. First I want to see their hospitality and their customer service is on point as to they do not serve food in there they're just a catering company but yet I had the most amazing tomato soup it was bomb like it was seasoned. And they made me a really good grilled cheese sandwich I went in there was like listen I'm hungry and they fed me. On top of that I got that bullionaise sauce. Nice and Hardy I like my sauce a little bit sweet so I did add a little bit of sugar and red pepper flakes but that was all I did otherwise the sauce is amazing. Now let's get to the banger part of this okay I purchased teriyaki steak tips and when I tell you I cook them they were the most tender piece of me I ever had if you had dentures you would be able to eat this steak that's how tender it was. And they also let me use the bathroom as I am a driver there's really not many places you can go to the bathroom and when I reach the area that they're in I'm going for my longest run and they let me use the bathroom so I greatly appreciate them and I told them they should open up a little shop because that was a really good quick bite to eat.

Horrible service at my wedding! So disappointed and still couldn’t get over it :(I hope they will serve your party better than mine. My wedding was on 6/19/21 and I’m still mad about how terrible the service and the food quality were. It still kept me up at night :(To them it’s all about business and how much extra profit that they can make.

We had Bianco cater for a celebration of life on July 18th 2021 and they were fantastic - from helping us with the food order, last minute changes, to being very punctual bringing the food. The gentleman that did all the setup did a fantastic job, in a not so easy situation, with people constantly getting in his way, etc. He was professional, courteous and very pleasant. We had many different food items and all of it was delicious! Everyone commented on how good the food was. The only thing I would do different would be to purchase 'to go' containers because everyone wanted a doggy bag. Highly recommended! Thank you Bianco for making a tough day easier. Debbie

I was so disappointed on their service. The banquet that I booked required me to do cratering through them (VERY ODD) My last venue canceled my booking 2 months before the wedding date. I was under a lot of pressure and stress so o decided to go with them. The owner took my deposit and was insured me that we won't be disappointed :( I understand that they are expert at Italian food not Asian cuisine as I requested. He said he will hire some chefs and was complaining about how expensive it is for him to buy these ingredients to make the dishes requested. They were ensured that each table will have a water but there was no water on the guest tables. They on provided at the bar. They did cook any food by themselves but ordered it through another Chinese take out. The food tasted horrible. Some was uncooked and some was overcooked. The presentation on the plate looks horrible. The quality of the food and the service was worse the cheap mall food meanwhile what I paid for is not cheap. I have asked them to have some crackers and cheese for my guests during cocktail hours but there was none. They said I have canceled it. I never did. Why would I let my guest starve or drinking on an empty stomach?! I was so disappointed and sad on that! I was almost cry on how they took my request as a joke. I can order all these by myself at my favorite restaurant and hire my own servers to have the best quality of both food and service :(
