Geez. This place does not have terrible food. But we order from there infrequently because our orders are always wrong. And I am not tossing around the term "always" as an exaggeration - I am talking about a perfect record. Zero percent. On other words, there is something messed up with our order from this place 100% of the time. Tonight, I chose to order online (not my preference) thinking this would minimize any misunderstandings or things that may get lost in translation. One sub was missing pickles and lettuce. This was particularly galling since they charge extra for the pickles. The pickles are not a critical element of the sub, but a little insulting to be charged extra for something that was never included. That sub included three extra ingredients - two of the three were missing. Another item from our order was a grilled chicken Greek salad. The salad thankfully had lettuce, and chicken. But nothing else resembling a Greek salad. Zero olives - zero. No feta - none, nothing. Those aren't special item ingredients; those are essential elements for a Greek salad. Finally, I would prefer to call and inform the establishment directly about issues such as these. But they could not have been less concerned about this order.

I order here almost every week and the food is always great. We always get the pizza deal and I usually get a salad which are my favorite, never skimpy and it comes with a nice big pita bread.

I ordered two slices of pizza and the girl only gave me one, I ask her if she charged me for both pieces and she says yes, then I ask her why she only gave me one and she immediately told me that she forgot. How does a person immediately forget something when the pizzeria was empty?

Great food and friendly reliable service. Ordered pizzas and trays of garden salad to to feed ~100 people at a high school event this past weekend. The order was placed several days in advance and was delivered on time. All of the pizzas arrived warm, and the fresh salads came with several choices of dressing. Very satisfied with the food and service.

The pizza is great!!! A little too much cheese for my liking but everyone o talk to loves this place. They will come from out of town just to get pizza here and I can definitely see why. If your in town and have time grab a pizza. The sit in area is small due to its location but you still don't want to miss out on trying this pizza! Love it!!!

The food is a 6, the price is a 4, the cleanliness there is a 2. I ordered a large sub and it’s probably 40% smaller than the average sub from other places. It’s decent just SMALL! It’s a pass for me unfortunately.

We absolutely love Brickhouse. It's become a staple of ours since moving to Lowell. It took us forever to find good pizza, and in comes Brickhouse. Calzones, pizza, subs, Cesar salad, and chicken fingers have all been amazing. I have also enjoyed their tuna salad in a wrap and on the house salad. Their Greek dressing reminds me of the sub shops on the North Shore (a great thing). I even order this for my staff sometimes when I treat them to lunch.Whoever runs their social media is very professional and kind. I messaged them with an issue that occurred a few times with delivery, and not only has it not been a problem since, but they offered a gift for the troubles. If I had a qualm, it would be that 8 out of 10 times, we don't get the extra sides of sauce or dressing that we order, but it's honestly become a running joke in our house of whether or not we will. We'll continue to order again and again, extra sauce or not :).
