This location removes online ordering just when needed (like during lunch, dinner time). Rest of the time the online ordering is open, It has happened multiple times and you will end up standing in line

Food just meh. My shock came from the filthy tables in dining area. And all 3 trash containers overflowing, even spilled out onto floor in front of containers.I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Manager and multiple employees were behind the counter, yet not one of them cared to clean the dining area. First time, last time.See photos.

Store was disgusting, cheese, napkins, lettuce and what appears to be some sort of white sauce were on every table.. yes every table was dirty and the ice in the fountain machine didn’t work along with most of the beverages I mobile ordered and they didn’t have anyone working the mobile order station until we asked them to so I was able to write this review in the store oh and can’t forget the straw wrappers and cans on the floor to

By far the worst chipotle I’ve been to. I am a loyal customer and eat here 2-3 times per week. The food was below average. There was only coke and Diet Coke available and no ice. When asked to refill everything they did not. I also ordered chips and there was only about 10 in the bag. Overall a bad experience.
Out all the chipotle that I frequented, this is probably the worst one. I wouldn't feed this to even a pig. I ordered a borito bowl. Got them it people. Rice is sour and salty ,chicken is dried and burnt. They barely put any beans, the tomatoes was served with all the water in it. The only things that were alright are the corn,guacamole, cheese. Everything else was a disaster not to mentioned the gave me warm bottle of coke. And all the seats and tables were dirty. Empty pans all over the place. They feeding us like we nothing. Do better repect us and our business that we bring in.

The portion size was significantly smaller, leaving me feeling unsatisfied and frustrated. I was feeling sick and was really craving for some comfort food and having a food prepared like this which is way lesser than an ordered quantity is highly disappointing and I don’t think I will ever order food here again

Can’t comment on the food when at 6pm with hardly any customers, you have 2 meats and no veggies. Doors were filthy, tables filthy. Again I’m talking at 6pm on a Monday with literally 4 customers in the place. Half a dozen employees behind the counters doing hardly anything and one lady in the back working. What has happened to this company?We walked out because a tortilla with only meat for 10 bucks? No.
