2nd time I'm 2 weeks mobile ordered a sandwich, only to get home and open the package to see a burnt sandwich. How do they not notice it when they wrap it.

Employees all walked out on 9/16 and left the place deserted. Didn’t even lock up. Dunks should be treating their employees better so things like that don’t happen. Every time we go there it is understaffed.

I had just purchased a sandwich from here for my girlfriend and there was a bug in it!! They always mess up her order on top of that. Honestly just go down the road towards the highway, way better!

The fact that there seems to be a new kid working there in training every week speaks volumes about this place, and every one of them seems uninterested and unhappier than the next, prompting slow orders and visible anger from other customers. I could place an order on the app, take 20 minutes to walk over there and still have to wait an eternity for my drink. I don't even order food, just iced coffee, which from what I can tell is pretty quick to make.It's really not surprising that the place is apparently shut down completely for now. I'll bet their whole management staff just gave up and jumped ship. It's the closest to me in walking distance but honestly, Dunkin should just close it for good and let the town open up a local business instead. They're a multi-billion dollar corporation and plus: it's Massachusetts, there's a Dunkin on every corner, so no loss for them or the community.
This place is filthy and disgusting. The bathrooms haven't been cleaned in months and the locks on the bathroom doors have been broken for at least 6 months. They are extremely slow and will forget items in your order every time and then give you attitude for it.

Stood in line for 15-20 min at 8 am today, tried to put an order for a sandwich and coffee. The lady working in the store told me in an angry way that she will not be making food because she is the only one working in the store!! She could have said that in a more polite way and announced it before people waited in line.

SLOWEST AND WORST DUNKS IN THE WORLDI ordered my food 10mins before I got there and still had to wait 15mins in the store for my order! I thought mobile order was supposed to be faster? This is the worst Dunkin’s I have ever been to and this isn’t the first time they are that slow. There’s three people working and three orders on the screen and they couldn’t handle it to the point they get a line for moble orders and at the register. One lady was more worried about making sure someone had her phone number then taking care or the customers. I will never go there again, I’d go spend twice as much somewhere else then go there!!!!!
