I'm sad to see this location closed. I have always enjoy their style of bagels since I lived in the Bay Area with Noah's Bagel in the 90's. This location was very convenient for me, now I have to travel a little further to UMass Lowell.

Always liked Einstein’s but never tried this location. My bagel was so stale I couldn’t even bite into it. It felt like this bagel had been toasted hours ago and was just retoasted to warm it up, couldn’t even get a single bite out of the bagel and had to throw it out. Probably won’t come back to this location.

Got my bagel this morning, went to work, opened it up and there was blue chunks in the cream cheese (I got chive & onion) and the cream cheese was blue...This is very discomforting as I could've gotten sick if I didn't look inside the bagel. It's a shame cause they have yummy bagels but this crosses the line...Most likely won't be back.

Not just for breakfast (although there breakfast selections are great). Bagels and sandwiches are their core strength. Great variety and high quality. While it can at times be crowded, that really attests to their popularity.

Ordered through the app for curb side take out. The number on the door and web site keeps ringing and no one answers. Not that busy and they had a full crew. I finally go in because the phone number isn't working. I mention the phone doesn't seem to be working. "Oh yeah we know". Maybe you should put a sign on the door or something instead of having people keep trying the number. "Yeah". My order is not ready because they ran out of the bagel I chose. Instead of calling for a bagel sustitute they left the rest of the order on the counter to get cold.

Wow!! I know this review is supposed to be about food and it will be but this girl who works here is sooooooooo pretty omg! I walked in looking like a hot mess and by the way I didn't shower but anywho. I took my order and as I looked up to her and saw her eyes mannnn this girl put me in trans and she almost made me spill my coffee! Being that beautiful should be illegal. Okay so now we can talk about the food.. the food here taste really good and i would definitely recommend it but i suggest these people work on the app because you cant even create your own breakfast.

Hello, your Chelmsford Mass location closes at 2 PM. But when i show up at 1:30 there are literally 2 or 3 bagels to choose from..I dont understand how your hours vis a vis baking works. If you have Nothing to choose from at 1, you should make the closing time 1 pm, not 2 pm

They really do make awesome bagels! Have been here several times. Good variety from sweet to savory. Always fresh. The last few times the bagels were still warm as they were just put out. Staff are pleasant and efficient. I appreciate that they will slice all the bagels for you at your request. The cream cheese tubs are fantastic as well. I really appreciate that their bagels are normal in size and not 3x the size that other places make. Would highly recommend a stop if you are in a bagel state of mind!
First of all, they don't deserve a one star rating. Zero. It's just that you have to choose a minimum value. The employees are so rude and arrogant which is the front line of business that they can't even get right. My Farmhouse bagel sandwich wasn't even remotely lukewarm. It was cold and had wrapping paper melted on to the bagel. Very unsanitary and disgusting. The coffee is self serve which is not in accordance with Covid-19 policies, and to top it off the coffee is cold! This place is a disgrace to society and should be shut down to make room for a business that has A) Friendly and polite employees, B) Abides by Covid-19 policies and procedures, and C) thoroughly cooks their food and makes it edible. I will NEVER go to another Einstein Brothers Bagels location and plead with anyone that has their brain not to either.

The farmhouse breakfast sandwich on a garlicky bagel is the absolute best. I do wish that you could order the garlic bagel on the app but going in to good Customer Service is worth it!

Unable to satisfy my app order. When we reach the store, the middle aged lady said she would refund the order. Messed the refund. Reordered the same order as per her suggestion. When the amount was different, we enquirer why. She again gets flustered and annoyed. When we requested cream for our coffee, she slammed it on the table. We have been to this place a few times, first terrible service!If you are having an off day, maybe try to avoid the customer..
