You couldn't pay me to buy anything from here. Why? Because they illegally charge you. They charge sales tax, food tax and a made up town tax. Because if I purchase food anywhere else in the area, i'm only charged a meal tax. But people don't pay attention to their receipts I do. Maybe if they started playing by the legal books I might go here.

It's a pretty run down place at this location. I think they had one woman working, so one of the people drove off while waiting because we had ordered sandwiches and it took at least 4-5 minutes to make both. I think they only have one toaster in there or something. The food was not bad. The service was good. I will go back because it's on my way to and from hockey. But I wouldn't go there if there was a Boston Donuts or a Goumet Donuts closer.

I was quite disappointed when I placed my order for a hot chocolate and asked for a medium with whip cream and when I got home the cup felt light so I opened it up and what I got was half a cup of hot chocolate and the other half whip cream.. not exactly what I ordered very disappointing

Went here to the Littleton road, Chelmsford location and bought a coffee and a doughnut…both had a strong taste of incense in them. Who wants to taste this in their food or coffee? Disgusting, if I could leave zero stars I would.
Ordered 6 corn muffins, opened the box and received 2 corn , 2 cranberry, 1 pistachio, and 1 other unknown flavors., this was $14 and bought for a child bakery craft. Child can't eat pistachios or cranberries., can touch but can't eat, not sure why when someone orders 6 corn muffins that employee thinks is cute and acceptable to substitute with pistachio, cranberry and some unknown without asking. Gave 2 star because they did take it upon themselves to think I'd be happy with giving me 4 additional unknown flavors without letting me know what I ordered want available. Even though most all these muffins have to go in the trash. If I pay $14 for 6 corn muffins, I expect my order, or if you can not fulfill, I expect you to ask me if it's ok to accept a varying flavor.
