I've seen the ups and downs with this particular Starbucks. It seemed like overall service was improving until my last two times I came in. Customer service 101, acknowledge your customers when they walk up to the service counter. Don't just keep doing what you're doing for 5 or 10 minutes and fail to recognize you have someone at the counter waiting to place an order. Especially when the store clearly isn't busy, learn how to at least acknowledge your customers. If it's busy, just politely let the customer know that you will be with them in a minute. The Manager at this location has dug this place into a hole and is running it terribly now. I very rarely come to this location, and the primary reason is the lack of service. I tend to frequently return places where I receive good service, and unfortunately, this Starbucks location is one I most likely won't return.If you want outstanding and excellent service I suggest the Westford location instead. Employee at that location seem to enjoy what they do and will greet you with a smile most of the time. The management at that location will typically address any issues immediately.

Ordered ahead and when I got to the store at the time the app said it was ready, it took another 20 minutes for my single drink to come out.

SLOW SLOW SLOW SERVICE, any time I come in I see workers chatting instead of making drinks but yet I still come because they make the best drinks. Is it worth a 20 minute wait though?

Came into this Starbucks with my 6lb service dog that I was holding. Was asked by a worker who took the time to come up to me in line to ask if he was a service animal. They then proceeded to mess up my order - remake and mess it up again. I won’t be returning to this location. Go down the st to the other.

absurd. Ordered drinks and this is not the first time. But the drink i ordered was no where near full. Customer that I talked to regarding to why it wasnt full gave me this dumb excuse, “ cuz its sat”. Its not saturday. Train your employees to not rush

Sadly, a great Starbucks has gone by the wayside. Clearly understaffed and overworked. I feel bad for the baristas- get some more help in there!

Do not go to this Starbucks. Took forever. I ordered ahead to give it enough time so when I got there it would maybe only take 3-5 mins and still not where near ready. 3 employees a little after they opened. Nobody else in the store. Avoid this place

I went to the store to buy 100 gift cards and the shift manager told me she didn’t have the time today. Only after I asked for the district managers business card did she offer to help me if I counted the cards for her. I should’ve asked to put on an apron and help out in the back while I was at it. I’ll buy the cards at Dunkin

Great place to grab a coffee when in the area! Bathroom should be checked on more regularly though to ensure soap and toilet paper are stocked.
