The guy who I believe is the owner, or at least manager of the one I go to is always very friendly, he always washes his hands and puts on a new pair of gloves between each customer. When you ask for double meat he definitely makes the extra like 3$ worth it. There is normally always cookies available, which are delicious! There has been a couple times where I got there at about 8:30pm and the "open" sign was turned off but I still went up to the door because they don't close...read full review
I come to this location pretty often and rarely have a issue or complaint, .. But today one of the new hires sneezed in between making the 2nd sub for my coworker and didn't walk away from the food station or change his gloves. Unfortunately it definitely was a turnoff to our appetites

There is nothing wrong with this location. It's Subway--it's fresh, made in front of you, and reasonably priced for what it is--a chain. Every time I've been here (about 25 times in 4 yrs) my subs are delicious, the food prep area has been clean, the staff always friendly. I'm going to continue getting sandwiches at this location as they deserve my business just as much as any other food place around Chelmsford--where everybody is just trying to make a living.
