Bait and switch tactics with coupons. They mail out coupons to lure you in, then just a few weeks later say "that coupon offer is expired" even though there's no date on them.Please support the numerous other pizza shops in town that do not use deceitful practices.EDIT: The person answering the phone was VERY clear after I specified the coupon after mentioning the items I ordered, that they would not honor it due to the offer being "expired", and they wanted to charge me $6 more than the coupon stated.

Staff was very pleasant and the pizza was great. Plenty of places to sit if you have a smaller group.
Ordered a buffalo chicken sub and was disappointed. Very small amount of chicken. Will not be ordering a sub from this place again.

We ordered an 8in pizza and a grilled chicken sub. The pizza was only 7in. We measured. It was very small and not hot. The grilled chicken in the sub wasn’t hot at all and was fairly chewy. The grilled onions, mushrooms and peppers ordered on the sub also weren’t hot. The order was ready on 15 minutes. No reason for it not to be hot. I wouldnt order here again.

Stopped into this place for lunch during a leg of our New England road trip and are so happy we did! What a gem! The pizza was the best we had our whole trip and we consider ourselves pizza afficianados. It is zesty, but not too zesty. Just the right amount of zesty I'd say. Very tasty with good cheese coverage with just the right amount of toppings. The price was extremely reasonable and the staff were super friendly. What more can you ask for! If you like pizza and know a little something about good American pizza, try this place...you won't be disappointed!

Today I ordered from zesty for the first time. Italian sub with everything. It has no pickles or hots. It also came toasted without requesting it to be toasted. It's too bad because the sub would have been ok if it was the way I wanted it. Unfortunately with the amount of sub and pizza shops in billerica this will be my only visit to zestys.

Me and my grandmother went here and they messed up here order after waiting 30 minutes. Mine didn't come out for another 10. The buffalo calzone was good but didn't fit the price tag.
