I ordered a chicken parm and due to dietary issues, I ordered extra sauce. After getting home, I noticed there was minimal sauce on the chicken parm. I did not receive the extra sauce. When I called to inquire what had happened, the woman dismissed me as if it wasn’t a big deal. I understand mistakes happen, but I had made this special request due to my dietary issues. The chicken was extremely dry and unable to eat it. The woman did not offer a refund or an option to rectify the situation, her behavior was dismissive at best. The customer service is absolutely lacking. Very disappointing $15 dollars down the drain.
This restaurant is a hidden jewel. Came to it with high recommendations from friends to try.Omg, absolutely not disappointed. Very casual atmosphere and extremely clean.Got to meet the owner, Mike. There is somuch passion and pride in all his dishes. Explaining how its in-house made pasta and bread. Dressings and dipping oil to die for. Only the best ingredients. We ordered the Michael's Dish Pasta and the Under Boss Pasta. Absolutely to die for. Better than any of the finest Italian Eateries we have dined at.His staff could not do enough for us. Amy and her assistants were so friendly and accommodating. Sorry no pictures. There was nothing left. Can't wait to return. Thank you for the finest dinner experience.Angela

Nondescript and greasy pizza, and they serve the slice cold, don't even bother to heat it. They have a "deal" of a slice of pizza and 24 oz. fountain drink for $6, and that means paying $1.15 for the drink and then when you get to the fountain all they have is diet Pepsi, Pepsi, and iced tea....I've never ever seen a fountain with only three flavors before. Scam.

Never have slices. When they do, always cold.
