After 2.5 hours of waiting for our pizza, we received this. Half the pizza is squished and can't be eaten. Also, the mozzarella sticks were cold and we asked for a coke but got Dr. Pepper. The manager also was very rude when we complained about the quality is the pizza. Would not recommend

This place was a pleasant surprise the Florentine Salad was excellent! Didn't even need any dressing on it. The portions were plenty enough for 2 meals!

Terrible excuse for pizza…. I ordered a chicken broccoli pizza and they chopped up Fried chicken breast use for chicken Parmesan on the pizza instead of putting baked chicken with broccoli… Little to no sauce on the pizza was super dry

Excellent grinders! I got a chicken Parm grinder and a side of garlic knots. Both were excellent! There's about a dozen knots to an order, and they were covered in garlic sauce!!! I love garlic so this was absolutely delicious to me. It was just a bit messy because it leaked through the container and the bag. The grinder was big enough for two meals for me and was delicious as well!

I wanted to place an order today I asked for pepperoni and half anchovies .on the menu it says anchovy is double the price which is about $2.50 per topping so I asked the lady kindly if I get it on half the pizza is it still around $5 she said yes I said why she said cuz that's how it is and I explained to her that I'm only getting half of what I'm paying for. If you go to West Springfield liquoris pizza they give the customer what is fair and their pizzas are a lot bigger for Less money I don't mind paying but if you're only going to give me half of something and charge me full price that's scummy and bad business especially since I always buy pizza from you guys once a week. Your Grinders barely have any meat in them which is why I never get them the only reason I go there is for the pizza but I rather go somewhere else now .

The 3 cheese pizza is perfect! Especially if you’re not a fan of sauce. I love the ricotta in it! Curly fries were great too. Highly recommend!
The best pizza for Holyoke South Hadley in this district is A1 Pizza the best food I have tasted in a pizza place like this in a long time you should try it and then let me know how you feel about the pizzas the grinders the everything they sell there is and a real good price

Delicious food, generous portions, and good prices! They get extra sustainability points for packaging the to to go meal in a box (easier to carry and reusing a box rather than a plastic bag)!

Ordered cheeseburger with extra cheese at an extra cost, crispy fries salted fresh, chocolate cake. I got very little cheese that was disguised by Mayo that I requested NOT to be put on my burger, the lettuce was so very wilted it was obvious it wasn’t just from the heat of the burger, the burger was so thin and burnt it was too tough to chew (even my cars wouldn’t eat it), the tomatoes was a silver dollar size thin slice and the cake was frozen solid. When I called the restaurant the manager refused to replace the meal or refund the money then hung up on me. I will never order from them again nor will I recommend them to anyone. Good thing I paid with pay pal. A claim has been opened and I will be taken care of by them. This will not bode well for the restaurant.
