This is an awesome, amazing place. They get and make their coffee the way you want it every time. Unlike the one on Meadow Street in Chicopee. They NEVER get it correct. Please be sure that you visit this DD. Friendly staff.Parking: Lots of parking in a clean parking lot.Kid-friendliness: They treat kids like they do adultsWheelchair accessibility: The only downfall is that they only have one handicap parking space. The ramp is well built.

Just got a coffee and hash browns from there. They gave me the wrong coffee (a plain iced, no cream, no sugar), which I happened to notice and asked to have the correct coffee made (a butter pecan iced, 2 cream 2 sugar). The attendee disappeared for 20 seconds and came back (with the same cup). After asking for a receipt, I noticed they charged me for a large latte ($2 more then my coffee).That's just getting the food/drinks. Once I took a sip of my coffee, they clearly just dumped a bunch of flavor in, since there is now no mix to it and I get either a sip of butter pecan flavoring (which I almost spit up in my car) or plain coffee. I also don't think they toasted the hash browns at all, as they were a molded pile of shredded mashed taters.I shouldnt be surprised as this Dunkin has been messing up orders for years now. Finally BJ's re-opened the Dunkin down the street, so this is the last time I'm going to this awful store. Wish I could give negative stars after years of terrible service.@Dunkin Donuts - find a new owner for this terrible store, but prime location

Most locations,(mainly Dunkin only business service sites),are order details correct and time efficient with wait time to give order & get receipt of goods,but shared with other business vendor sites are a little more less focused on time management and on point order details being correct the first time customer gives them or the drive through lin|s are slower. Overall food is very ? good.

The offerings here are the same as at any other Dunkin's: forgettable hot coffee, syrupy iced drinks, donuts and baked goods that have lots of calories but don't fill you up, and instantly-heated-from-frozen hot items. At least service was super quick when I stopped by recently, with my mobile order for a cold brew ready almost instantly. Note that this particular outlet sits right at a busy rotary which makes for tricky access into the sole driveway, unless you're willing to cut off people and/or slam on the brakes in order to pull in at just the right moment. Mercifully, at the moment, Dunkin' Corporate hasn't filled this Yelp listing with inane, contrived, staged "action shots" and other stock photos that don't reflect this particular location.Pro tip: you don't need to shove your food and drink into the photo - or massage, fondle, or molest it - with your bare, moist, wrinkly hands and dirty fingernails. You also don't need to call attention away from the food with pointless "action" shots. Keep all body parts, plaque-laced bite marks, and distracting backgrounds out of the photo.
