I was there last week with my son and I ordered a plain bagel with bacon and cheese in the morning before he goes to school waited 10 minutes and the sandwich wasn't even made. So I ask how long does it take to make the sandwich the kid making a sandwich gave me an attitude and a girl with a deep voice working on the window acting like she was a man ready to beat me up. So now my son is scared to get food from this place because of the employees they have working while being high in marijuana. Mind you they take turns smoking weed in the parking lot inside a white HHR.

I waited in the drive thru window for about 5-10 minutes and no one attended me. I said “excuse me” and no response. Then I drive around to see if it’s open and the associate on clock tonight had the headset on but was just not responding and was talking to the employee from Pride.

Bad customer service by the drive thru the white chick as bad attitude acting ghetto she insult me because I drop the change really? I gave her the change she drop it that ghetto chick needs to be fire asap & the speaker to order your food drinks terrible to answer what is wrong with the manager can’t afford to fix it so I decide not to go to that ghetto place anymore ain’t worth the headache ✌️fix the speaker get the right ppl with good customer service ppl won’t b given bad reviews

Went inside. It's a very busy drive thru dunkin' but I was waited on fairly quickly. The girl at the counter was courteous, but seemed rushed. The order took a while to be made, but it was tasty. A good experience overall. It'd probably be faster to go thru the drive thru if you go here.

Ordered a Large ice Latte with salted caramel cold foam, and a turkey sausage on an English muffin.. latte doesn’t taste right and never had my salted caramel cold foam on it and my sandwich doesn’t have the white cheddar I asked for it has American cheese… and drive threw I sat there in line for five minutes and was the second car in drive thru. Service is slow at this one and lots of mess up’s. Not sure I’ll be going to this dunkin again.
