Rude, inattentive, and knocked twice on the bathroom door while I was trying to use it. I was in there no more than 3-4 minutes. It's a good thing I'm not from here, and never have to use this location again. Bad, bad, management.

I have liked this store overall. Until today. They had a young lady making sandwiches and at the same time eating McDonald’s fries right over the sandwiches she was making. There was no cleaning going on. Other employees were wiping there face and shirts and then making stuff. No gloves nothing.

I frequent Dunkin' almost daily and make every effort to avoid this particular location due to frequent errors in my very simple order. Today, I ordered my usual large iced latte with caramel, but upon trying it, I realized it was not what I had ordered but instead an iced coffee. I am not a fan of Dunkin’s coffee which I will I specifically avoid it and always opt for a latte. It’s extremely frustrating to pay almost double the price for a product I neither receive nor enjoy. This is a recurring issue for this location and when I have the time I will go out of my way to visit another Dunkin' location farther away, where I can count on my order being accurate and satisfactory. The constant inconsistency at this store is ridiculously and not okay especially since I pay double the price for an iced latte and receive an iced coffee instead. I hope the management addresses these concerns and implement the necessary changes, perhaps retrain the staff on how to accurately make the correct orders, or considering hiring new employees.

I wouldn't give this location even 1 ☆. Ordered an online pick up inside. They didn't carry the Brew at Home coffee I ordered but gave me a whole $8.95 in cash. The coffee costs $8.99 + tax. Service SUCKS. Staff stands around chatting & checking their phones. Sad, this lication used to be great. 5 peopke from Drive-Thru even came inside regarding their orders. Guess we're finding another location
