Some of the best service I have received on a fast food joint in a long time. Ordered inside a few nights ago . Faith was great. Let her know I had a severe tomato allergy so please don’t include it on my sandwich since I had experiences in the past of my request being ignored. She went and told the kitchen right away and said to make sure to change gloves. Another worker, a young gentleman I didn’t catch his name (couldn’t find name tag anywhere) happily wiped my table down when I asked him too. Food was fresh and made correctly!

Forgot to include ketchup with hashbrowns. It was also super old, which usually I'm not picky but it was noticably old. Luckily I had backup car ketchup. Also some dude was looking to race me in the drive thru which was weird, not the best area but not super sketchy so guess I just had a weird encounter lol. What do you expect in chicopee though haha.

This is about your coffee…what happened to the flavor of your coffee? I get it, most of the people who come into this location in Chicopee are Puerto Rican, and are use to their coffee being Bustelo. So, instead of using 1/2 a packet of McDonalds Coffee for each pot they use a full packet and it’s like MUD! The coffee tastes burnt and old, and this is not the NUTTY GOOD TASTE that we can get any other McDonald nationwide. Also, how about getting Oatmilk, Almond Milk or Soy Milk for those of us who are lactose intolerant?

GM is horrible to the employees & managers ! She is never there and when she is she just makes everything harder and worse on everyone. This store needs a new boss asap. She threatens everyone with a termination just cuss she isn’t happy with something but doesn’t wanna do anything herself! just ridiculous. Hope employees find

It used to be decent. It's a terrible experience since it's been remodeled. It feels like a cold dentist office waiting room and the orange hi C is so watered down it's disgusting just like the rest of the food... every bun is soggy and dripping with grease and the fries are always cold.
