Horrible, horrible HORRIBLE service. I placed an online order and waited nearly 30 minutes AFTER I had received the notification that my order was ready only to realize it was being made upon my arrival. When I questioned about the wait time I was told they do not give out wait times however online it has you choose a wait time. Just ridiculous. Called in placed on an open hold while the phones rang away and the phone operator took orders, finally I placed my order that I have placed many times before without instances. Then arrived the incorrect item, when I call in to have the order corrected the man now that hastily answered the phone and asked if I just wanted to wipe the fried chicken off the salad. No! Pizza Chop is a phenomenal pizza place where you feel like home. I walk in today and I actually felt happy to be there, it didnt feel like your average pizza place. The employees and even the customers were all really happy to be there and were very friendly, something I wouldn't feel at any other pizza shop.
