Rogers Ice cream may look sketchy from the outside, but don't judge a book by its cover here. We've been here a handful of times in both summer and winter and have always had a great experience. They give you so much ice cream for what you spend. A Junior is essentially a large size anywhere else and their ice cream is delicious and creamy. We are avid ice cream lovers and this is one of our favorite spots! The staff is super helpful and fast too! 10/10 recommend.

Had one of their bombs and it was great, but a little pricey. Not everything on the menu was available. $8-16 per person for a 2-4 person dessert is hard to justify as a regular experience.

Used to love this place for the unique soft serve flavors that weren't their flavor bursts mixed in vanilla ice cream, but the past few years this place has gone downhill. During the warmer months the line here is ridiculously long and this is due to the time it takes to create the expensive $32 ice cream bombs. Went here last week and asked for a small cone and was told it was $6 something I said to myself this is ridiculous even though they're cone sizes are larger than most places. I then said make it a kiddie and that was $4 something. Had the prices been posted I probably would have walked away. The chocolate soft serve did not taste normal and had a fake chocolate flavor that's hard to describe but was not worth the price. I've been to most of the soft serve places in Chicopee and Roger's officially is the highest priced when before they were one of the cheaper places.

It’s so good, Reese’s peanut butter bomb. Grate customer service.

Divine you have to go, if you really like ice cream ???... divine, I love it
They had some really cool desserts. Pricing is somewhat absurd for the area and just in general. Not sure if they own that building or rent it. Either way they can't be paying much for it. So not quite sure why it is so expensive. My shake was very thin. I was expecting it to be thicker. Alot more milk than ice cream.

Amazing treats BUT DO NOT COME ALONE!!! You will need a friend to help you eat even a size mini.

Had a strawberry sundae with strawberry topping. The strawberry topping was really sour. Went up and said something about it and was told I'm a liar... bad customer service. Very rude experience and will never return.

Not in the nicest of neighborhoods but the giant ice cream bomb was pretty good and I thought the service was fairly quick.
